Rambo is the ONLY person Spawn shows deep respect, wants him to go home and doesn't want to fight him. Simply goes to show how badass he is and the thought of Rambo taking on the Spawn's Mantle terrifies me. This is some next level fan service i really appreciate.
Considering that Rambo is essentially a normal human who has participated in more conflict than most regular humans, the Netherrealm would respect that this guy, no chi magic or technological enhancements, has managed to be just as brutal and savage as they are. Game respects game.
I especially like how the majority of Rambo's interactions with the characters are just him asking everyone question, and even the most horrible of them having no problem answering him.
Yeah, like Spawn is probably one of the worst war criminals in any comic or fictional media outside of maybe Kilgore or a few others. That, and the idea of Rambo becoming a Hellspawn himself after death is legit terrifying.
Wel did any of the nerds spot him wile he was just a pile of leafs? No i think not. I mean you try and hide as pile of leafes in public place and not get spotted thats true stealth baby
There might be an in universe explanation. Rambo seems to use some sort of wormhole technology in most of his gear. He probably lurks hiding in the woods waiting to identify his targets position, and just takes the cloak with him on the way when he goes to engage.
@@hexshadowman It's got PTSD written all over it. Not cocky nor demoralized, just... you can imagine Vietnam flashing before his eyes. Definitely one of my favourite lines in the game despite being so simple.

When they did Spawn, I loved it because they nailed the edgy 90's superhero aesthetic while still being tasteful. And they did it again with Rambo. They could have made him edgy, but instead he's broken and confused, and it's so much better for it. You've really got to hand it to the intro writers, they have so few words they can work with, but they still nail the characters. Rambo is the ONLY person Spawn shows deep respect, wants him to go home and doesn't want to fight him.
Simply goes to show how badass he is and the thought of Rambo taking on the Spawn's Mantle terrifies me.
This is some next level fan service i really appreciate.
Yeah, from a soldier to soldier talk, Spawn totally sympathizes with Rambo.
Man we need blood sport guy an all 80's best action heroes be in this game
Bruh I wanna see rambo take spawns mantle shit would be a good read
Spawn also has respectful conversations with the likes of Sonya and Jax he even calls Sonya “Ma’am” in one of his intros.
Just wait, next will be Solid Snake.
I can't believe how much respect Netherrealm showed Rambo. Even the most brutal and hateful characters give him respect.
Considering that Rambo is essentially a normal human who has participated in more conflict than most regular humans, the Netherrealm would respect that this guy, no chi magic or technological enhancements, has managed to be just as brutal and savage as they are.
Game respects game.
Every character in that is a leader just wants Rambo to join them
@josuearanzazu8607 much better to have Rambo on your side than to not, knowing what he's capable of.
I especially like how the majority of Rambo's interactions with the characters are just him asking everyone question, and even the most horrible of them having no problem answering him.
But Cassie just keeps trying to press his buttons like with everyone. I don't think she's Johnny and Sonya's kid, but Johnny and Kung Lao's.

Safe to say that Rambo himself is just a normal human with no magic but has the skills to fight in an universe with tons of monsters
When they did Spawn, I loved it because they nailed the edgy 90's superhero aesthetic while still being tasteful. And they did it again with Rambo. They could have made him edgy, but instead he's broken and confused, and it's so much better for it.
