    Thanks a lot! I am writing my dissertation on lymph node segmentation with Deep Learning in BC Patients and never understood if a lymph node anterior to the trachea would be N2 or N3. Now I know. Thank you.

    What nodal stage can we give for a lung cancer with ipsilateral anterior diaphragmatic and ipsilateral internal mammary node?

      Those are not in the lymph node maps so they are typically considered M1. Usually these nodes are enlarged in the setting of pleural disease so if you see them, check the pleura carefully.
