I think it says a lot about Tony Iommi the gentleman in partnering with Xerjoff to create a scent, lots of famous people do this but do it with mass producers and are just in it for the revenue. It is so refreshing that Tony partners with a high quality niche perumier, and what a fragrance they have produced, it is complex, unique and in my view Tony Iommi does more than just develop on the skin it evolves

Just got a sample of Alexandria II , I found it to be so beautifully elegant but extremely mild to my exceptional skin that is famously a black hole to fragrances. Either way, I’m spacing my fragrance purchases, just got a new sport car and my financier(aka my wife ) has restricted my perfume budget recently 😂, but is on my list of future fragrances…but Naxos is a must for me and it’s just addictive

Loved the vid Marcelo, and I'd just add regarding Naxos... do not be afraid to wear it in the heat. It comes alive and gets lighter and more diffusive in my experience. On a hot dry day, it's some sort of Tony Iommi: Just say yes! Then again I love patchouli... Will be visiting MONA in Tassie in March. They do a tour option called 'MONA like a rockstar' I'll be donning a velvet waistcoat, a lace cuffed shirt, and one guess which perfume 😊 Florals: As a bloke who wears mostly florals (rose in particular) I will add my voice to the sentiment that people _like_ it when a guy wears florals with some confidence. Dress well... doesn't work with a tracksuit. I would do so anyway, because... y'know, it's what I like. A deep, vibrant rose just goes over well (for instance 'Rosae Mundi', 'Portrait of a Lady', 'Lyric Woman', 'Rose Millesime', 'Emiro'). On the white floral side, add 'Carnal Flower' to a suit and you will turn heads. Why exactly this is, I do not know. 400: In a not entirely dissimilar vein, but more formal, I strongly recommend 'Filles de Joi' from Serge Lutens.
@DrTorquemada well, I'm pretty new to fragrances as I just had a nasel surgery last year that gave me my sense of smell back after having almost no sense of smell for twenty years. I've been going through a lot of samples. Perhaps I have mis-classifed some. I really like Erba Pura, La Capitale and Neroli musk and Mandarin by Precious Liquids. Edit; Oh, and Vanilla Orchid by Precious Liquids is one of my favorites for sure. I don't know how I forgot it. I've been wearing it a lot lol Also Sweet Taboo by Chris Collins.

Love xerjoff! Might get 40 knots in spring. Now when it comes to floral notes I always get that men usually tell me uhm is that unisex because it’s not citrus? I laugh it off and say it smells nice and if women like florals more then I guess it’s a bonus😂. I can pull it off if I like it as long as it’s not offensive or out of place.

I have it and never really hear anyone talk about it so for some reason I use it as a summer fragrance...lol. Good list Marcelo. For the reference my girlfriend likes to wear Naxos. And i do not smell any tobacco in Naxos. I smell citrus lavander honey. Works best on my skin on a little bit higher heat
@Principemostprincipe There was an IFRA ban that got rid if one of the fixatives used. The formulation had to be changed. Don't remember the details. I still like it a lot, but it needs ti be worn differently now.

Great video, love everything Xerjoff! My first niche perfume purchases were La Capitale and Naxos and they are still my favorites. As a woman, I think Naxos is fantastic and truly quite unisex. La Capitale is probably my signature scent and also a favorite among my friends at work. Starlight is next on my buy list and I am also curious about your thoughts on Erba Pura Gold - I didn't love Erba Pura but the notes of the Gold version sound really lovely. It's a gorgeous symphony Mamluk = sweet, honeyed oud with floral tones Both of these are clear oud fragrance's, so you can enjoy the glory that is Oud🥰 Good luck Bobby! Monkey Special is pretty great. My GF thinks it leans floral off my skin which is interesting to me. To me, it's boozy chocolate with caramel patchouli in the dry down. I love it!

I've been watching this with much interest having been on my own Xerjoff journey over the past few years, going from just a few bottles to more than I care to admit with several acquisitions influenced by your reviews. I'm now doing the same with Roja albeit on a smaller scale with Burlington 1819, Isola Blue and Oceania recent new additions. Just wanted to ask if you have any experience with Roja Manhattan? Btw, I ordered Matiere Premiere Encens Suave only last night after brushing up on several reviews, including yours. It will be one of my last cold weather purchases until September with my attention turned towards Spring-Summer in the UK. My current cold weather obessions are Dior Tobacolor and YSL Babycat. I discovered both during my trip to NYC in November and haven't looked back. Take care.

Thank you for the Maté Talk! I always like when I have one of the fragrances mentioned, so I can smell it while watching, this time the sample of Torino 22. I love this fragrance! I sprayed it on my arm but got a different smell than I got before, now it smells medicinal to me, if that is the word, the kind of smell at the doctors office, but still good 😝 I tried my other arm and got the same smell, maybe my nose is different today or the fragrance is projecting differently. I'm in between jobs at the moment and for my next one I want an safe (and not filling a room kind of) all-year fragrance, I'm in two minds between Villa Neroli and Torino22... Tony Iommi is also on the list but not for everyday

I think what you may have picked up is the Eucalypt that's in the top note...Sandra always mentions that she picks up on this note; I'm yet to experience it. For me the saffron comes out, dominates and evolves from spicy to leather to amber...love it♥️ So to throw a spanner in your line up for your new job...have you tried Revolucion by Carner Barcelona? Oh Mamma😍 this is a breezy leather fragrance. I was wearing this the other day and it was glorious. Perfect for an office environment Good Luck Sem!💫
@TheNicheFragranceCollector it could be Eucalypt, the notes are unknown, right? I must pay more attention next time smelling it, I haven't noticed a Saffron yet. But I usually dont pay attention to notes because I'm terrible at it and more to the feeling it gives me. Although I love that perhaps Maté is used in this. I haven't had any experience with Carner, so I should pick up some samples soon. Thank you 🙏
Fantastic production as always, Marcelo 🤌🏻 I don’t own anything from the house yet, but I was gifted a small Xerjoff discovery set (7 fragrances) for Christmas. Every single one of them have been winners. My struggle now is deciding which to add to the collection first 😅 I’m leaning strongly towards Tony Iommi I liked it upon the initial spray, and it has continued to grow on me with each consecutive wearing! Alexandria II and Torino22 are also strong contenders to be my first Xerjoff bottle… decisions, decisions… I look forward to testing more of their fresher fragrances when the weather warms up again! I’ve had Renaissance on my to-try list for quite awhile! Keep up the great work my man!! 👊🏻

I think it says a lot about Tony Iommi the gentleman in partnering with Xerjoff to create a scent, lots of famous people do this but do it with mass producers and are just in it for the revenue. It is so refreshing that Tony partners with a high quality niche perumier, and what a fragrance they have produced, it is complex, unique and in my view Tony Iommi does more than just develop on the skin it evolves

Just got a sample of Alexandria II , I found it to be so beautifully elegant but extremely mild to my exceptional skin that is famously a black hole to fragrances. Either way, I’m spacing my fragrance purchases, just got a new sport car and my financier(aka my wife ) has restricted my perfume budget recently 😂, but is on my list of future fragrances…but Naxos is a must for me and it’s just addictive
A couple Xerjoffs that might overcome your black hole skin... Tony Iommi and More than Words. 400 might well be a contender also 🙂

Loved the vid Marcelo, and I'd just add regarding Naxos... do not be afraid to wear it in the heat. It comes alive and gets lighter and more diffusive in my experience. On a hot dry day, it's some sort of
Tony Iommi: Just say yes! Then again I love patchouli... Will be visiting MONA in Tassie in March. They do a tour option called 'MONA like a rockstar' I'll be donning a velvet waistcoat, a lace cuffed shirt, and one guess which perfume 😊
Florals: As a bloke who wears mostly florals (rose in particular) I will add my voice to the sentiment that people _like_ it when a guy wears florals with some confidence. Dress well... doesn't work with a tracksuit. I would do so anyway, because... y'know, it's what I like. A deep, vibrant rose just goes over well (for instance 'Rosae Mundi', 'Portrait of a Lady', 'Lyric Woman', 'Rose Millesime', 'Emiro'). On the white floral side, add 'Carnal Flower' to a suit and you will turn heads. Why exactly this is, I do not know.
400: In a not entirely dissimilar vein, but more formal, I strongly recommend 'Filles de Joi' from Serge Lutens.
I agree. I'm not so much of a rose guy, but I love wearing white florals.

@DrTorquemada well, I'm pretty new to fragrances as I just had a nasel surgery last year that gave me my sense of smell back after having almost no sense of smell for twenty years.
I've been going through a lot of samples. Perhaps I have mis-classifed some. I really like Erba Pura, La Capitale and Neroli musk and Mandarin by Precious Liquids.
Edit; Oh, and Vanilla Orchid by Precious Liquids is one of my favorites for sure. I don't know how I forgot it. I've been wearing it a lot lol
Also Sweet Taboo by Chris Collins.

Love xerjoff! Might get 40 knots in spring. Now when it comes to floral notes I always get that men usually tell me uhm is that unisex because it’s not citrus? I laugh it off and say it smells nice and if women like florals more then I guess it’s a bonus😂. I can pull it off if I like it as long as it’s not offensive or out of place.

I am fascinated by 400 and how you describe it as a winter fragrance. I have it and never really hear anyone talk about it so for some reason I use it as a summer fragrance...lol. Good list Marcelo. For the reference my girlfriend likes to wear Naxos. And i do not smell any tobacco in Naxos. I smell citrus lavander honey. Works best on my skin on a little bit higher heat
I do hear that modern batches have less of the tobacco accord.

Great video, love everything Xerjoff! My first niche perfume purchases were La Capitale and Naxos and they are still my favorites. As a woman, I think Naxos is fantastic and truly quite unisex. La Capitale is probably my signature scent and also a favorite among my friends at work. Starlight is next on my buy list and I am also curious about your thoughts on Erba Pura Gold - I didn't love Erba Pura but the notes of the Gold version sound really lovely. Thanks again for the great content and also excited to see where the tour ends up on 2025 -> hoping that I can plan my vacation time accordingly so that I can go!

There's 2 that I would recommend as easy loves when it comes to Xerjoff Oud's
Alexandria II (even Alexandria Oriental is gorgeous) = this is more than a beautiful oud rose combination; so many things occur in this fragrance. It's a gorgeous symphony
Mamluk = sweet, honeyed oud with floral tones
Both of these are clear oud fragrance's, so you can enjoy the glory that is Oud🥰

yes, I love my beehive. I’ve had it for over 10 years now. The flavor varies year on year.
At the start of the season it has a very light blossom almost floral taste to it
Then when I take some more at the end of the season it’s very deep, rich, and full flavored… it’s a lot of fun to own the hive and enjoy the work that these girls do🐝🍯

Monkey Special is pretty great. My GF thinks it leans floral off my skin which is interesting to me. To me, it's boozy chocolate with caramel patchouli in the dry down. I love it!

The only hint that I get is this rose that comes in and then fades.

I've been watching this with much interest having been on my own Xerjoff journey over the past few years, going from just a few bottles to more than I care to admit with several acquisitions influenced by your reviews. I'm now doing the same with Roja albeit on a smaller scale with Burlington 1819, Isola Blue and Oceania recent new additions. Just wanted to ask if you have any experience with Roja Manhattan?
Btw, I ordered Matiere Premiere Encens Suave only last night after brushing up on several reviews, including yours. It will be one of my last cold weather purchases until September with my attention turned towards Spring-Summer in the UK. My current cold weather obessions are Dior Tobacolor and YSL Babycat. I discovered both during my trip to NYC in November and haven't looked back. Take care.

Yes, I did try Pachuli Kozha very early on and I wasn't sold on it. But I've had a lot of people mention it to me again that I need to revisit

I always like when I have one of the fragrances mentioned, so I can smell it while watching, this time the sample of Torino 22.
I love this fragrance! I sprayed it on my arm but got a different smell than I got before, now it smells medicinal to me, if that is the word, the kind of smell at the doctors office, but still good 😝
I tried my other arm and got the same smell, maybe my nose is different today or the fragrance is projecting differently.
I'm in between jobs at the moment and for my next one I want an safe (and not filling a room kind of) all-year fragrance, I'm in two minds between Villa Neroli and Torino22...
Tony Iommi is also on the list but not for everyday

I think what you may have picked up is the Eucalypt that's in the top note...Sandra always mentions that she picks up on this note; I'm yet to experience it.
For me the saffron comes out, dominates and evolves from spicy to leather to amber...love it♥️
So to throw a spanner in your line up for your new job...have you tried Revolucion by Carner Barcelona? Oh Mamma😍 this is a breezy leather fragrance. I was wearing this the other day and it was glorious. Perfect for an office environment

@TheNicheFragranceCollector it could be Eucalypt, the notes are unknown, right? I must pay more attention next time smelling it, I haven't noticed a Saffron yet. But I usually dont pay attention to notes because I'm terrible at it and more to the feeling it gives me. Although I love that perhaps Maté is used in this.

I don’t own anything from the house yet, but I was gifted a small Xerjoff discovery set (7 fragrances) for Christmas. Every single one of them have been winners. My struggle now is deciding which to add to the collection first 😅
I’m leaning strongly towards Tony Iommi I liked it upon the initial spray, and it has continued to grow on me with each consecutive wearing!
Alexandria II and Torino22 are also strong contenders to be my first Xerjoff bottle… decisions, decisions…
I look forward to testing more of their fresher fragrances when the weather warms up again! I’ve had Renaissance on my to-try list for quite awhile!
