no mention of David Cronenberg's small role. He's even a narrator at certain scenes. I found that the soundtrack made the watching experience more engrossing. The solving the crime and plot twists were fine--though difficult to grasp while seeing the movie at a drive-in where people kept having their headlights on the screen. Also many scenes had dark photography which made it hard to decipher what is going on. Plus the ample free weed. The friend I saw it with thought it was very similar to Twin Peaks. I could see her point. There's some decent surreal segments. It complimented & contrasted the first film we saw that night---The Hunt.

Such a cool story?.. he just said a kid potentially was kidnapped.. did anyone even look up the time period and kids in that area? The movie is good but the fact that he may have seen that isn't cool it's disturbing.
