How to make an Edible Bear in a Hot Air Balloon

Close up and step by step tutorial of how to make a teddy bear and hot air balloon that is light and steady enough to keep on a cake. Using The Sugar Paste fondant, a 3" Styrofoam ball, and edible glue.
Edible Glue Recipe CMC/Tylose Powder 1tsp of powder to 2 tbsp of hot water. Leave to dissolve over night.

A khaki brown by sugarflair is good for this tone of brown. Or Teddy Bear brown pre made sugar paste.
