Icu psychosis was the other option in fat embolism question, and even that has a chance to be an answer(psychiatry).
And that wasn't post menopausal, it was some 32 year old menstruating lady?

there is diff between fasting and starvation ....fasting starts post 12 hours . In fasting state there are organs which depend upon fat...like liver muscle etc

Regarding osteoporosis, the qns was 1st line drug, not the most commonly used drug.
And of the option was OCP

It's a good score individually for a particular subject.ortho is a scoring subject and roughly anybody who is getting a good seat will have a high strike rate in ortho. We need 65+ % in all the subjects individually to get a good rank and seat.

It's an average score. 23+ should be considered a good score, i think,seeing how others have performed.but if u have performed similarly in other subjects too, you have done well
