Anyone with children has most likely been through times like you've just come through. My best friend is 23 years older than I am, so she had grandchildren when we were still in our coming up years with our family. Her sons both lived "away" when their babies were being born and Lois always laughed about how much she loved her grandchildren and that a visit with them inevitably meant a sickness for her and her husband. Now I'm the grandma and I concur. :)
I can't deal with people who say stuff like, "It's been too long, I'm unsubscribing." Really? Sheesh. I'm glad you're all on the upswing and hope that you, Darik, are able to get iron shots or whatever to get you back to feeling youself. Been through that, too. (Old people - whatayagonna do? We've always "been there.")

So glad you are feeling better. I was sick with canker sores for 3 weeks. Never had it before! I am now on a vitamin regime to help. Absolutely no sugar.Worse thing. I am so happy to see you again. Beautiful family.

Derik can you get labs to check your Vitamin D as well as iron? Once our stores deplete from stress, illness, etc symptoms show up in all sorts of ways we wouldn’t think are linked to those deficiencies .

Glad you’re feeling better! I just got out of the hospital a week ago for the third time. I had a heart attack, and then two additional emergencies, on top of living with chronic kidney failure. Agree. I’m in healthcare and Covid can definitely cause stomach flu symptoms. Also some of the family got cold symptoms...nice that whole family is doing well now! Would love to see the new purse Cara got. Maybe a LV or Chanel? 😊

My niece was born on April 24th, my birthday is April 25th, and my aunt's birthday is April 26th. So my aunt was gifted with a niece the day before her birthday, and then I was gifted with a niece the day before my birthday. It's really very cool!

OMG! I am soooo glad that you are all OK! I checked You Tube and Instagram every day to see if you were OK and back. I was so worried about you! Thank you for letting us know how you are and about the awful time you all had being so sick! I'm so happy to hear that you all feel so much better now. Though, Derik, you need to build yourself back up. When my husband lost his leg due to an accident at his job ( he was run over by an excavator 20 years ago) and lost almost 50% of his blood, the doctors told me that the best way to get his energy back was to eat as much red meat as he could possibly eat. I know you didn't loose any blood but your energy and strength has been so depleted I thought it might help!! It really helps build up your blood and energy. My husband is a big guy, 6'4, 275 lbs and that did the trick. He works circles around guys with 2 legs! (at 69! He is retired now but we run a small cattle ranch in Northern California). Also, try some B-Complex. I take 4 every day. I have some health problems and it really helps me with my energy a lot. Sure hope you feel better really soon. I laughed so hard when you showed what your girls did with the makeup. My 2 yr old son did that (38 yrs ago) came and got me and said" for you mommy, because I Love You" Hard to get mad at that! But your girls were so hysterical especially when they were acting like it was no big deal. So, so glad you guys are back. You were really missed!👍🙏🥰 and wishing Cara a VERY, HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎁🎂🎈🥂🍾🥰👍🙏 By the way. I LOVE my Chatwin T- Shirt! Love you guys!
