I am from Denver, and way back in the day my Dad took me here to see the beatles...Some times we would bring our best girl up here just to park, ya good times.John B..............
Checked off the list, saw Carlos there on 7-30-24. I might go again now that I am fully disabled from claiming the stairs in. There must be elevators for us handicapped!😮
@@bobbilancaster7184 . Actually, I don't think I've ever been the same since seeing him that night (dramatic as that may seem) My jaw was dropped in awe the whole concert and I was not the only one. A lot of jaw massages on our way out. There was one bad thing that came of it though. For a very long time, I could not get into any other bands at that time. After that night nothing sounded good or even acceptable to me. Sorry to all you bands that I heard after Bruce. I must have missed a lot of great music. I played that cassette over and over and over. I never took it out of the player for at least a year or more. I had never played anything for a year so I knew I had it bad!!. Thank you for letting me tell my story!
I feel that way about Warren Haynes and his work with Allman Bros and Govt Mule. You are the 3rd person who said the same thing. After seeing Bruce (and you got his prime) they were hooked and other bands just don’t give the same energy.. What a wonderful memory especially if shared with your son💙. I hope you got the cassette transferred to MP3 and thanks for sharing a wonderful experience ✌️🎶🎶🎶🎶💙
Thanks for this. Having grown up in Denver, there’s much I take for granted. I saw more great shows here than I can count. Magical summer evenings.
N Jackson Browne, Paul Simon, traffic, heart, stones, marcus king, u2, reggae festival, stick figure, on n on
Lots of dope smoked there
Wow.
Thank you! Maybe some day I can come see it. That would be so freakin cool!
So on my bucket list to see a concert there

Not confining at all..only benches..n stairs, n places to stand every step...miss it, your loss
Why is there no sound on this video?
Sound works on my end. Check your volume, settings? Do other TH-cam videos have sound?

@@aroundcolorado4190 That looks like a wonderful place! I really want to visit now. Thanks for posting this!
I don't think I can go back and change the audio on this video, but I've lowered the volume on my newer videos. Again, thanks.
@@aroundcolorado4190 and thank you for taking the time to let me know, I'm sure glad you appreciated the feedback
Don’t forget the blues brothers
