Part of what I love about these guys is the rawness of the performances and the total honesty about emotions. It can be hard to watch, but at the same time it's beautiful and amazing. It's best to get that negativity out somehow and writing does that, and belting it out on stage too. I noticed that, the more emotional he got the louder he got. We watched him win out over that onstage.
It makes me want to cry knowing that at the time, this man didn't know how important he was. How impactful, intellectual, musically talented, and purposeful. This song reflects exactly what I've been feeling, and seeing how Tyler made it, I know I can too.

I dont understand how im so emotionally connected to him, I can physically feel his pain in this video so deeply and strongly, its the kind of hurt wherein your a parent and you're watching your child suffer. im so affected by his emotions, if he's happy then I am too, if he's sad then im also sad. I just really love this smol bean with all of my heart and care for him on a human level and about his emotional state. at the end of the day, I just want him to be okay. I know we've never met but seeing how much he genuinely is concerned about everyone's mental stability, makes me feel obliged to reflect back to him, the same kind of support and love. this band is really special, they make me feel so deeply, the deepest I've ever been, considering how my heart has grown numb.

Part of what I love about these guys is the rawness of the performances and the total honesty about emotions. It can be hard to watch, but at the same time it's beautiful and amazing. It's best to get that negativity out somehow and writing does that, and belting it out on stage too. I noticed that, the more emotional he got the louder he got. We watched him win out over that onstage.

It makes me want to cry knowing that at the time, this man didn't know how important he was. How impactful, intellectual, musically talented, and purposeful. This song reflects exactly what I've been feeling, and seeing how Tyler made it, I know I can too.

I like how chris is casually sipping a bottle of water in the back. haha. nice one chris. 2. on a serious note, it makes me think: what was going on at this point in tyler's life? in 2011 obviously this song was pretty fresh so the struggles discussed in this song were fresh too, which is probably why it hits him so hard and he's crying. like I'm not asking this to expect an answer, like it makes me wonder what was happening with him personally, the things that were going on that he doesn't discuss. ya know? I think about that a lot. especially because this song is very very relatable to me. I wonder sometimes if he goes through the exact same things as me spiritually and mentally. honestly I've never related to music more that twenty one pilots 3. this video is one of the exact reasons why I love this band so much. the raw emotion, the way it's personal, the very feeling this music gives, the pouring out of hearts in the music and live performances. it's hard to come by another band like this.
