I love how they sprinkled in some social commentary. I used to work on W 9th in Cleveland, coming from sheltered areas like Avon/Westlake, it was a shock to see the homeless community. As I got to know some of them from daily interactions, I also witnessed the treatment from law enforcement. There was total disinterest from some. It blew my mind that they didn’t matter because of their situation.
OK, enough social commentary from ME. Amazing job as always. Thank you for helping me fall asleep again lol.

How cute. A pampered girl drove by the poor one day and thought to herself, "Oh how terrible. Someone should do something."
Well, I wasn't born and raised in sheltered areas, and let me give you a bit of advice: The vast majority of those people are there as a result of their own choices and actions, and remain there as a result of their continued choices and actions. There's no amount of "sympathy" or money you could ever throw at the problem that would ever resolve it. You know why the cops are indifferent to it? Same reason those of us born and raised in it are. We know that it isn't "society" that does that to them, they do it to themselves. In fact, had you grown up actually struggling in abject poverty, you might even find yourself resenting them for what they've chosen to be. And make no mistake, it is a choice.

As I have gotten older I like to listen to scary stories. I'm nearing 50 and my Wife who's 41 can't listen or watch anything scary or she won't sleep. She asked how I could listen to this stuff while I'm working in the garage, cleaning, etc. I told her that the super natural is interesting and if there were monsters I've heard enough stories to be able to fight them off or better yet destroy them. She laughed at me. I said look at it this way. If the undead rise and come to feast on us all I have enough supplies to take many zombies out. But you tell me one of our cars broke down, one of the kids needs braces, or an appliance like frig, dryer, washer, or stove is broken and the ever favorite the heat/ ac is broken. Now those are really scary scenarios. Life rears its ugly head. Thanks for all you for all you do.

This is one of the most unrealistic creepypastas I've ever heard. I can buy alternate dimensions and slenderman but theres no way in hell I could beleive that the Freemont neighborhood, the city of Seattle, or Washington state in general would ever do anything about the homeless. Cities like Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia are drowning in hobos and the government puts alot of effort into ignoring them. I volunteer for a homeless charity and one time the city I live in near Seattle claimed 1 camp had 10-20 people when the actual number was closer to 100 on the low end. A single port a potty got set up and it filled in a couple days and the city still pretends the homeless camps are a tiny fraction the size they actually are and even pressure police not to arrest, fine, or even report crimes relating to the homeless so they can pretend the population is much smaller and a much smaller issue so they domt have to actually do anything. My cities business district has roughly the same number of closed businesses as during the recession since that's where most of the homeless hang out and businesses have moved out of the business district since it's not worth the crime and since customers ironically avoid the shopping district.
I'd believe that the president is a shapeshifting alien before I beleive the city moved the homeless out of downtown and that they built low income housing for them
