    hello Jorge, could you tell me pelase why we cannot use VPN spilit horizont or just routing to separete that traffic between WAN and Internet. Let's say the Main Office uses 10/8 network. Why we cannot create 2 rules:
    10/8 ---> WAN
    0.0.0.0/0 ---> ISP.
    Why would I need whole SD-WAN solution for a task that can be done on ANY router?

    It is funny, let's assume that cost of the network is $0 , I mean ANY network. You start with the argument that MPLS is costly. Let assume we achieve via super duper SD_WAN $0 . What does it mean? IT meas hundred thousand unemployed IT specialists. All this "designed" SD-WAN, or Cisco ACI have one simple goal, make it cheaper for consumers. I asked on one ACI training session Cisco rep. How much workforce reduction ACI will cause? How many IT guys will go home unemployed? They have no clue. Soon will be one massive HYPER-VISOR and no one around,well... until it fails, but all IT tech will die from starvation. Remember movie Idiocracy? Year 5001, all is automated, but no one can troubleshoot anything.

      SovetUnion63 I can assure you the technology won’t take jobs aware from anyone. The inability for those people to adapt to the technology will.
      Furthermore, trust me when I say all Software Defined solutions still require a great deal of knowledge of the underlying protocols.
      Controllers aren’t humans... yet :)

      @@JorgeAlmazan Ok, simple math. If 1000 companies have 10 IT folks, total 10,000 work force. Now those 1000 companies start using Cloud service. How many IT folks company would keep? 10? 5? Let's say 5, so other 5 become unemployed. Let's say 1 get job with Cloud, shared service not need all 5. 4 is pure loss, go and become a plumber. You see, the problem is that there is no place for technological revolution in modern economy. Everyone are thinking very narrow, very down, saving cost is the goal. There is no any big break through, like in 60s , first man in space, first man on the Moon. Everyone stop looking up, everyone looking to smartphone or iPhone. Tell me WHY DO WE NEED SD-WAN? Really why? Sorry to jump in your technical lecture with my philosophical BS.

      @@SovetUnion63 It's not just cost. it's efficiency and ease of use. cloud systems doesn't mean hardware goes away dude.
