He's using an older Canon point and shoot with a magnetic fisheye lens attachment. Harder to find them now due to smart phone popularity, but they're out there. I grabbed one off amazon recently and it's labeled "Zykkor Magnetic Fisheye .2x" It's not the same one Jesse uses but same look. For picking out a point and shoot I suggest going with any thing that came out in 2006-2011 that's my sweet spot for older cams. Keh.com has an awesome selection of cheap older gear and you know that it's tested and working properly. Hope this helps
