Gentlemen. . this series is the best thing on the You . . . i am so pleased that I stumbled across it and now can’t get enough of your chats. .. the conversations are so refreshing, just so relaxed and laid back. . . .just three people having a friendly chat. Thank You so much for this series. as one chat ends, I am immediately looking forward to the next one. Stay Well!
Thanks gents. This was awesome. Loved Milo's Pistols story, & that he was able to share it in person, to the man himself.. just wow. I still have a PIL 12" vinyl : )
Another one! Fabulous gentlemen. You realise we are simple creatures and that you’re training us to expect one of these daily now? Like one of Pavlov’s dogs I start to salivate whenever I check my TH-cam feed. I can’t be responsible for what will happen when it all ends. Still, I’ll endeavour to just enjoy it while it lasts 👍👍👍
a bit like Miles I gave my record collection away to a mate who had bought the record shop he used to go in in Stoke as a kid. bought it with his redundancy they were up in the attic causing a bulge in the spare bedroom ceiling and I thought why not? me brother went mad with me and Tom's shop wasn't a goer but hey! gx
I love this lockdown series , great guests I’ve yet to watch one that left me “meh”. Good guests and kudos to you both for wheedling out interesting stuff from them...
Can't believe his dad bought him Bollocks. I bought when it came out at age 16 and my old man was so angry he made me take it back t the record shop! Of course I simply hid it at the back of my wardrobe ;-)
Donald Fagen is one of my musical heroes who has made more great records than just about anyone in my opinion. But just to prove that no one is perfect, he has been known to appear in public with a keytar.
Er... I'm a bit late to the party but loving this and many other back episodes. In perhaps a futile defence of the Keytar I give you, from OGWT, George Duke's valiant efforts... th-cam.com/video/oFKlezPu3xg/w-d-xo.html
Pure gold, what an emotional roller coaster, tears of joy.
You have to get this guy on again… superbly entertaining stories and a fabulous optimistic outlook on life!!!❤
Hilarious. The Indie Johnny Rotten. The wonderstuff were a Day-Glo folky pistols. I love it.

I've seen many copies of the 'Metal Box' which have rusted like a 70's Ford Cortina. Miles' copy looked pretty good to me.
Yeah, mine. My parents left it in the garage.
Great show guys... I'm in the states and this show has been my number 1 got to on TH-cam... and agree... NMTB is the greatest ever r n r album

Does that mean Sly & Robbie were wrong ( Simmons kit, Steinberg headless bass) ? I don't think so.
