I’ve traveled to Bahrain and the UAE many, many times, but I’ve never been to Oman. I’ve met tons of Omani people who work in these countries and my experience with them has always been great. I’d say that Omani people are amazing, very hospitable and very open to conversation. If I didn’t have work, then I’d definitely make time for a little Omani excursion next time around. I’ll try to go to some of the same spots as you have.
Another interesting video. Oman is beautiful. I am really into the Middle East. Love the history. So much to learn. The food looks delicious and everything is baked which makes it healthy to eat. Life is so simple as far as I could see. The scenery is breathtaking. Another good one David.🙏🕊️😇🇹🇹🇨🇦❤️

I love your shows. Who said gluttony is one of the seven deadly sins😀. Spent a few years in 🇰🇼. Enjoyed great seafood there but sadly never made it to 🇴🇲 . Wish I had. That seafood platter looked awesome 👏

If you are still at Oman, you have to try a Pakistani restaurant that goes by the name Meerath, located at Ghubra, Muscat - if you happen to do it, you shall for sure thank me
One thing you didn't mention is that this major port city Sur was a main port for the Eastern slave trade too. That killed/enslaved more Africans than the Western African one (the famous American slave trade). This is something that these proud hospitable Omanis, don't ever want to mention when they talk about 'history'.
I live in the US and unfortunately our seafood is garbage. Our seafood restaurant’s in Southern California are horrible all you get is cheeseburger and fries typical trailer trash food Trump style lol.

I lived in sur... Such a wonderful city with beautiful beaches and very energetic and humble people.
I visited the Sultanate of Oman in 2016 and it was one of the most beautiful memories in Ibri with friends
