Macrame Tea Towel Holder (DIY Easy Pattern!)

This DIY kitchen towel hanger is made mostly with the double half hitch knot- if you don't know how to tie that knot, I have an easy tutorial for it right here: • How to Tie the Double ...
If you want to hang a thicker dish towel or napkin from this hanging towel holder, I recommend using a larger wooden ring than the ones I used in this tutorial.
They were 2" and work great for a thin tea towel or a flour sack towel, but it's a little tight for a thick terry cloth towel.
SUPPLIES YOU'LL NEED //
▶︎ 5 mm single strand macrame string in the following lengths: bit.ly/3aZFwWu
- 5 pieces @ 96 inches long (244 cm)
- 1 piece @ 20 inches long (51 cm)
▶︎ 2 wooden rings (I used 2" for this example, but 3" or 4" rings would work better for thicker kitchen towels)

Thank you for this tutorial 💖 Are those wooden rings still raw untreated? They look stained or oiled or sealed with something. May I ask how you process your wooden rings?
I really like this but it’s so hard to follow since it’s so fast. I tried watching the the double half hitch view as well and idk what is is but I jet can seem to get that knot right ):
