one of my 2023 resolutions is to read more academic journal articles, just to exercise my mind more especially because i'll be doing my thesis soon. KAYA NAITN TO!!
My resolution is to definitely stop comparing myself to other people-their achievements, their looks, their success, their wealth, their family (we are trying to conceive, but so far hindi pa nabibigay sa amin. Hopefully this year. Manifesting. 🙏🏻), and just focus on myself and my husband. Build a better relationship and stop looking for validation online (that also means that I need to spend less time on my phone. ☺️).
Also, self-care without splurging too much. Last year kasi puro ako “deserve ko to” everytime may sweldo. This year, I will try my best to save more. So less make-up purchases for me. Mahirap, but kakayanin. 💪🏻

I'm amazed and inspired that your face is slimmer than the last time I saw your vid but, watching this one vlog of yours, I realize that it's okay to be inspired to other people but, you're not obligated to force yourself to be what they're. I realized that mas maeenjoy ko pa yung sarili ko kung tatanggapin ko kung ano ako. Thank you for reminding me through this video that hindi kalang dapat nag fofocus sa outside beauty but also sa inside, like if you're pretty on the outside but you're drained and messy inside, it doesn't make any difference at all and you're not gonna enjoy your life. ❤❤
