"I think he has the wrong president." Lol omg I am cracking up this entire episode. Its one of the best. God I miss this show. When Comedy Central was actually funny.
South Park, the Man Show, Win Ben Stein's Money, the Upright Citizen's Brigade, Strangers with Candy, the Daily Show with Craig Killborn/John Stuart. In other words, the golden era of Comedy Central.
ROUnders opened on Friday, September 11, so this is from the week of September 7-10, 1998. Probably September 7 or 8 as the South Park episode is said to air Wednesday.
Thanks I was actually thinking about going back to see if there was any indicator from the VHS player to say ... I was wondering if it was pre or post 9/11 specifically but that would make this 1998 then like you said. Good work there :)
I didn't know Johnny Carson wasn't the original host. Although I guess I should have as I have at least heard the name Jack Paar before (the 2nd host of the show, the one the came just before Johnny).
He's like the happiest guy in the entire world on the show. But he's a mortician. Go figure. LOL you'd think that would only have like the most depressed people in the entire world as their job literally revolves around being around dead bodies every single working day of their lives.
There's just something unnerving about a mortician that is this happy.
How much coke did that guy do before the show??
Viewing this in 2020, the commercials are as entertaining as the show.
not only that, but I remember making video copies over older recordings....you'd always get a little bit of the original.
Esp. that herpes commercial, lol 😆
"I think he has the wrong president." Lol omg I am cracking up this entire episode. Its one of the best. God I miss this show. When Comedy Central was actually funny.
And when Kimmel was funny too.
So true. Comedy Central AND Kimmel suck now. This show was genius!!!

Those other shows besides Strangers with Candy better quit missing out on Paramount+ and it's dumb.
Danny, why no answer?
Hello? Response!
The early years of comedy central. Make me laugh .
The answer I'm coming is the best I've ever heard
That's Penn Jilette doing the voice over for the commercials

@ 9:26 Oooh! South Park! 🤩
Here's a special Mortician episode of Win Ben Stein's Money in 1998 and the players are Randal, Lisa, & Michael.

Stephen Greene RIP Your ears
@@chris.twentyeightt malfunction.
Same!! Spooked me a bit too
Michael’s energy is infectious. I would have said he was annoying if it hadn’t been such a downer time these past few years.
I only knew 4: Heresy, White, Kentucky, and National Collegiate Athletic Association. Also, gotta love Michael.
IT LOOK LIKE WE HAVING FUN HERE QUACK,QUACK! QUACK,QUACK! QUACK-QUACK! QUACK-QUACK! AND WE ARE DONE!
Michael trying to earn himself a new customer at the end
Pit Michael against Wampus from season 1. There's a scary tag team.

Wow all these old commercials I forgot. So Jon Stewart wasn't the original host of the daily show?
And Johnny Carson wasn't the original host of the Tonight Show.
John was the third host
I didn't know Johnny Carson wasn't the original host. Although I guess I should have as I have at least heard the name Jack Paar before (the 2nd host of the show, the one the came just before Johnny).
Craig Kilborn was the first host. Not as funny as Stewart and a bit vain for me.
Steve Allen was the original host of the Tonight Show back in the early 1950's.
He's like the happiest guy in the entire world on the show.
But he's a mortician.

Job security...
Complete opposite, dealing with what he does reminds him that it could be worse
It’s a living!
I think Michael might have gone on to invent the energy drink or something either that or he was high as hell on something. Ritalin maybe /s
Lisa's freakn hot!
Ben gave WAY too much credit to Michael.. he was super annoying.
What number of tape is it?
I don’t know the date
That's what happens on an embalming fluid addiction.
I liked the genital warts commercial best
Deleted From Fenwick Television Archives
When did this episode originally air?
September 1998
Too easy with the dijerago one 😂😂😂
Those commercials are a real time capsule: Drew Carey was fat and Michael Richards wasn't a pariah.
From Titanic to Genital Warts I miss old school tv
Too bad Jimmie turned into a liberal.
