Love the vlogs! They're so wonderful to watch. And your work as an editor is so interesting! Thanks for sharing! Also, if you're planning on using your dictionary a lot you should get tabs for it, so you can flip to the letter really quickly. I'm a polyglot and I tab all my dictionaries!
I love these vlogs, Natalia! I find your style so relaxing and positive and it really makes for a great watch to unwind with. Also, call me old-fashioned, but I LOVE to see the physical dictionary come out-I have a feeling I know who the author is 😁 Keep up the awesome work you continually do and hope that chili turned out awesome!
Missed your videos but I get eye strain too and I know how hard it is to do anything involving screen once your eyes start to play up 😩 Hope the drops, blue light glasses and night light/night shift settings on your laptop/phone will help! It made a difference for me. Keep positive and keep posting when you can. Always happy to see what you're up to, see the lovely horses and just chill!
It’s still in the 80s here in Florida 🥲 the Oxford English Dictionary is so fun because it shows the word’s usage throughout history and how it’s changed through time. I could sit there and read the OED for fun 😅 I had no idea there was a Canadian version!
Hey Natalia, I love your videos! What would you say is the best way of getting started in a career in editing? Are there specific courses you would recommend? I truly think you have my dream job but I have no idea where to begin...
Also, I get double vision if Iook at things for too long so my doctor suggested “prism” glasses. They push what your seeing further apart so your eye muscles don’t get fatigued as quickly. They definitely help me!
every time i get too tired to look at the screen, i close them and keep writing. Recomend trying it. i find it to be helpfull with first drafts to get the words out.
Loving the muted Steelers colors. Muted is appropriate -- they are struggling this season. Don't think badly of me. My niece is a Broncos fan. I have consoled her as best I can.
Hi Natalia, I really love your content. I just wanted to share with you that I wrote my first novel, which I am very proud of, and it was mostly written in a notebook. I know that this is not typical in this day and age but there are A LOT of benefits to this. Firstly, you can write anywhere - outside, in a cafe, in any room of your house. Secondly, there is something about being completely offline that really helps me immerse myself in the scene. I mean, there is no email icon, there is no way to get onto social media. It's just you and the story. Of course I ended up typing it because it is much easier to edit anything on a computer but every new scene was written in my notebook. I think it might be a good option for you because of your eye fatigue. It is how I plan to write my next story too. Cheers from Israel.
Hello I'm new to this channel and have been jumping from new videos to old videos with out rhyme of reason. lol just soaking everything in. I was just wondering if there was a video that directly approached why (or if ) the switched from using Scrivener to word? (Love your videos so far, they have been inspiring )
Hi! Welcome to the channel! I love Scrivener for writing; it's incredibly helpful to keep everything organized. I sometimes opt for Word if I have my outline organized elsewhere, but if I outline in Scrivener, I tend to write in Scrivener as well. It just depends on how I'm feeling, I suppose! :)
Hi Natalia! I'm currently studying Business Administration, but right now I'm planning to switch to studying a degree to become a Copy Editor, too. Is the job hard? Do you have an advice for me? Thank you! 😊
Do you have a video that shows what you do with like an example story? Does that make sense? It’s very interesting what you do so if you ever want to make that video I’d love it!

Awesome video! Love it ❤
I think it was Churchill who said England and America were two countries separated by a common language.
I loved the video! Thank you for the beautiful horse footage. 🥰
Love this! Where did you get your flannel? It's so pretty!
