I think COS should apologise and invite her back to the store and show her expertise on the product. its people like Trinny that i went to COS and bought some stuff .well a lot actually !
Cos is insane to not let you film, you are Trinny for goodness sakes! Why wouldn't they want the free publicity. Plus sending a man back there where women are changing. Not cool! You are fabulous and I love all your videos. You should have millions of subscribers.

In the US, they'd never ask you to stop filming as you're offering free advertising. The descriptions of all items were so helpful! I've always loved COS but I'll also let them know they're missing a trick by not supporting you to film 'on location.' You gave them free and very credible advertising. Such lovely ladies = Trinny, Chloe, and Anna!

Damn, your guerrilla shopping is so much fun! It adds an element of excitement to the tutorial: "Can Trinny explain why the shirt looks good on both figures before they all get kicked out?!" I'm on the edge of my seat!
This was an awesome video. It was great to have live models with different body types showcasing the clothes they thought suitable for their figure. More of these types of videos please. Especially curvy shaped figures.

They are probably afraid a fight might break out and you would have a Carmen to film it. I would go back with a hidden Carmen a film through the whole store , who know maybe you come across royalty or movie star

We had already seen over 20 minutes, which was enough to see what they do,so why they even bothered to kick Trinny and co out, was embaressing for them really, they should be grateful of the publicity.

COS was foolish to kick you out. I have never ever shopped at COS. After this vlog, I went online and purchased clothes from COS.
They just have a policy of protecting the privacy of other shoppers that's all :)

Thank you sooo much for this video. I never wore dresses but I always wanted (leg issues which are just in my mind). I loved the dress so much that the young lady showed. I searched for COS and what a suprise - we have a store in Vienna. Today I visited - and .... the dress is mine ;-) plus a beautiful red shirt. This will completely change my look. Which I needed. Thank you Trinny for all the inspiration you have given during the last years. You have been a hughe help and inspiration for me. Take care.

I knew the clothes wouldn't fit me which is a shame as they have some nice pieces. However I can always fit into accessories!! I bought 4 Cashmere scarves for gifts, then thought I should road test one myself - bad me (I may have to have one in every colour...ssssshhhh! lol. I have seen a number of your videos and wanted to thank you for the in-store videos. As an introvert, I get tired in the stores within 5 minutes. I would browse quickly, get frustrated that I see only geometrically cut styles, and leave within 10 minutes without any purchase. I really wish that shopping for clothes in the stores was a more pleasant experience for me, but the noise, the crowds, the long lines at the fitting rooms and then at the cashier stores overpower me quite quickly, and the decision if I am getting the right color for me, the right fit, how to style something is yet another set of questions weighing on me.
Now, I can watch your videos at my pace and feel like I have a mentor who helps me keep my sanity while in a store.

OMG I'm so excited to find Trinny's channel! I love this idea so much. But I cannot believe the head of global communications for Cos cannot see the huge value in Trinny's guerrilla "shop with me" vibe. I love the idea of Cos but always dismiss it as too boxy or unflattering. This video has really made me think twice, and I'm keen to give them another go now. If brands can't see the incredible value Trinny is giving them (and free of charge at that!).... their loss. Can't wait to binge watch the rest of the channel! X

Cos marketing dept should be having an emergency meeting discussing what happened here. All companies pray for great exposure like this l won't even mention the pricetag FREE. IDIOTS Companies must always realise here today gone tomorrow. This world is so competitive and companies no longer operate in their corner of the world. It is now global. This video is brilliantly put together no advertising company can do it or quite match it even if they try their damest. Reason being they don't have the Trinny factor. Trinny you are so cool calm and collective. Professionalism at its finest. Thank you for the brilliant video

Hi Trinny, Fab video- absolutely love your channel! I was wondering whether you could make a video specifically about transitioning in body shape and wardrobe suggestions... I've recently become a mum and my body shape has completely changed as well as my style. It's more about practically now and having left my twenties behind I want to go for more of a classic wardrobe with interchangeable pieces.
Hannah K I will put it on the list but I would say to any transitioning body - layer both horizontally and vertically ( like in this video) and remember you have a waist!!!

COS...you need to invite Trinny to your store or a private studio to try on your clothes. She is bringing you lots of customer's. I must admit, I'm always in COS. I was there when the store opened on Regent Street. X
So they didn’t want you filming in a corner of the store because there might be customers in the background (of the corner!) but they moved you to the changing rooms where, chances are, there might be a customer half dressed coming out of a cubicle and caught on camera? #logic
I wonder if all these years later COS would now allow Trinny to film in their store and can see the error of their ways in losing free marketing?? I'm newer to the Trinny channel,.so I will have to poke around and see. At least Zara gives her a dedicated changing room. They know what's up!!! Trinny = influencing more sales!!
Brilliant as always Trinny.......would you consider a video on hair colour as we age ?. I have always had v dark brown hair with pale skin and grey eyes, but heading towards 50 and the grey hair is now an issue. I would like to avoid a solid colour as I find this to be very aging. Should us ladies go lighter?/lowlights?/highlights????.......xx

Lol maybe within our short lifespans, but a quick look at history shows fashion has changed immensely, and it will again. After some time they will be outdated.

Too funny! I thought this would happen. Do you have an outreach person so you can partner with any of these companies? He's not being rude. It's usually about liability of other customers and in case anything happens in their store. Especially videotaping in change rooms. I discovered a COS in my city. Really classic pieces. Basically you need a show again.

I am short and a size 14 like Chloe. I love COS but find the sizing inconsistent. I wear a medium, and a 14, but an 18 in their fitted dresses and skirts!!
I thought that was rude of the COS staff to interrupt you partway through a live filming event, but I guess that they have their rules. They should be grateful for the free publicity though. Like other viewers, I hadn't really heard about COS until I started watching a few influencer channels. Chloe, you looked absolutely fabulous in both dresses!
