The Grand Canyon is so beautiful about 20 years ago I used to live in Flagstaff Arizona, which is right outside of the Grand Canyon. And I’d go to the Grand Canyon all the time that was my second home.
Howdy from TX! Hope you got to tour Ft. Worth too before you took off! Loved that they all took you to the Big Texan and saw a rodeo. Fantastic tour of some US spots while on your break between cruises!

Welcome back! We were just in Vegas in mid-October. We eloped after being together for 16 years. Elvis wasn't our officiant but it was funny, we learned some cool facts Las Vegas issues 400-600 marriage licenses on average every single day, and Elvis impersonators are by far the most popular officiants for Europeans, but not so much for the rest of the world.

In N Out... honestly, unless you get Animal Style it's pretty much any other fast food burger. First time I tried them, I had a cheeseburger and it was just ok. The next time I had Animal Style and it was quite tasty.
Too bad you didn't run into any of the Vegas TH-camrs.

Looks like you’re having a great time Chris. Loved the vlog. The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was the right call. When I visited (a long time ago) we chose a plane and there was waaay too much turbulence. I was too sick to enjoy it. But if I ever get to go back I would want to see it from the air again as it’s the only way to grasp the full breadth of it.
I would have loved to be in Vegas for the Grand Prix. Caesars Palace started the first F1 races back in the 80’s as a promotion for the hotel. So this years race was a return after 40 years. It’s amazing to think how much the cars have changed, and the old track- in the Caesar’s Palace car park- would be too short and too slow for modern F1 racing cars.
How awesome that you got to enjoy some iconic American sights and experiences! Hoping you had a chance to meet native Americans while at Monument Valley and Santa Fe. At least you got to meet some wildlife! Great video, love to hear your British take on American culture Now on to another Icon and excited to see your reports and take on the humongous ship!

I think a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon is a great way to experience it. This looked like a great tour overall! Happy you got to see a portion of the beautiful southwest. Sorry you didn’t have very much time in Santa Fe. Looking forward to your Icon vlogs.
