Maybe if you had this mind set in your late teens and 20's a Godly man would have joined you in your walk with God and the family you desire now would have been possible. Maybe you can get involved with the young women in your church and warn them, show them how satan and feminism are ruining the plan God has for them. Be the example, warn them about the bad boys women seem to desire over godly men. Do something about it, men cannot fix this, women are the only ones who can handle this.
Turned 30 this year and am so tired of waiting. Got dumped by the man I thought I was going to marry and am just trying to recover. Focusing on God is really all I can do. Can relate to being tempted to lower standards due to impatience, it's not worth it in the long run. Thanks for the encouraging video

Same thing happened to me recently and I'm almost 32. I almost got married at 22, but God saved me from it. I've always wanted marriage and children, especially motherhood. I still don't like being told that there's no biology with God though. We are very much on this earth, and we are biological. Im starting to feel that the 3 or 4 children I always wanted to have, will become one or two if marriage doesn't come soon. Meeting, building, engagement, getting pregnant, pregnancy, all these do take time and have to be considered.
This really spoke to me. Once you're in your 30s, you do start doubting. "Will I ever get married? Will I ever have kids?" I'm trying to stay encouraged. Thank you for this video.

As a single in my over 30s, I struggle with asking myself “why”?? Well, it’s pointless. I’d suggest all the single women to look up all the women stories in The Bible about waiting and worshipping. That makes no sense, God is the ultimate biologist and gave you that clock. Your statement is intellectually dishonest and doesn't require you to actually be accountable for your behavior. This is why so many women are single in their 30's, even in the church. Why are so many women so scared of being accountable?

I’m still waiting for marriage and family at 50+. This is great encouragement for those in their 30s but honestly I’m tired. I’ve lived and done so much without a spouse that it comes to a point where you just don’t care about it anymore. Including caring for family. Yes, I spend time with God, reading the word, serve and have done many other things. I’ve always felt I would be married by now and never envisioned life like this. Before wondering if I’m picky - maybe in my 20s but not now. Yet it has not occurred for whatever reason. I’m starting to think that God may not just want this for me. Let’s face it, everyone will not get married in this life.

You are right that not everyone, even those that desire it, will get married but that is not because God does not want marriage for them. God created marriage and said it was a good thing to find a wife. And the Bible tells us that God will withhold no good thing from us. I know it’s difficult but please do not go by how long you’ve waited and how old you are etc. Instead go by what the bible says; that God will never change his mind, he will not fail you or forsake you, that nothing is too hard for him and that he will grant you the desires of your heart. I don’t know why the wait has been so long…but don’t give up because God is more than able. Be encouraged and don’t stop believing God for marriage, ask him to guide you and reveal things to you. I agree Sheshe. You can live your life to the fullest single, but once you enter late 30s, 40s, it's not fun anymore. It's isolating. You don't fit in anymore. There are families and young singles in churches, and then you. There arent even really singles ministries in churches to support this age group. It's awful! Singleness later in life when a woman wants to be married - I do not believe it glorifies God. He can work through it regardless but I dont believe it is God's will. This is becoming increasingly common today. I have had to let this go and focus on serving God. I still do online dating and keep my life full, but my focus and purpose i want to keep on Him. I am not even guaranteed tomorrow anyways. Focusing on how this hasnt happened when I was young enough to build a life with someone versus just having companionship just made me depressed.
I have been feeling so discouraged in this area. 33, no kids, never married and there are so many messages that my best days are behind me. I have made poor decisions in relationships that have lead me to my current singleness, but I'm hoping that God will restore my wasted years.

I'm almost 30 and the thought of needing to find someone became so real. In your early 20s you really don't think about it too much or at least I didn't lol so now it's like woah I actually have to really think about it. First of all your statement about having children at 35 and having 4. Wow !! Glory to God that is amazing I love that gives me so much hope to tune out all the people always saying it's not realistic or like it's over after 20s to have children.So this really helped me ease worries. Also, I think all them were helpful but I really felt the one where you said put the breaks off..I feel God has been speaking that to me because I felt I was always waiting to do things until I got married but slowly I'm taking off breaks and living my life and doing what God wants me to do as well ❤ so I will definitely keep doing this.
The most inspirational advice that I hadn't thought too much about is to 'develop a vision for your marriage and praying it into existence" . I haven't really put much thought into that before. I've kinda just always just imagined that it will all fall into place when you meet the right person. So i guess it ties in with the point you made about marriage being hard work! #3 is the biggest thing I needed to learn. I put so much on hold when I was single thinking I needed to share it. It's only been recently that I started to live the single life fully and doing everything I want to do regardless of my relationship status. I'm feeling fulfilled even being single. I finally feel like I don't "need" a relationship. I'm content single. I know if God brings the right man into my life, it will add to my already fantastic life, not complete it. In this way, I won't lower my standards or settle for the wrong person. Wonderful video :)

I would like to say that single women in London should be more transparent with men when they are single so that we know how to bridge intimacy with exact communication. I understand that women are more single in London than men, but insecurity is a major issue when there is no communication link between the opposite sex. Life events are vital as wellbut things can only get better when we realise not to panic in a hurry and pack our luggage to travel abroad in Search of long term relationship. We just have to reinvent ourselves to overcome stress induced anxiety. We deserve to be cared for and loved in our society by women of good deeds. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing the video, and I think it's amazing that you had all your children within 6 years. Very blessed! Im not sure how to feel about the biology point. Not everyone gets pregnant so quickly, and not all women have regular periods even. I guess it could come down to faith, but so far, my faith has kept my head above water and everything else that others take for granted, I don't even see them on the horizon. That is a huge worry. Not to mention that the waiting turns to grief by the time you're 32 and single. Add disappointments, rejection and setbacks to the mix and it feels like a real dead end situation. It's painful watching those around you move onto their third pregnancy while you fail to even find someone. It's makes you feel heartbroken. Personally I always wanted a big family. But everything takes so much time (finding, meeting, building, engagement, marriage, getting pregnant, pregnancy etc) and by 32, it does feel like you're running out of time, and no amount of time with God will fill the huge empty space. I'm just being honest. I love the Lord and I'm so close to him. But the frustration is unbearable at times 🤦🏻♀️
Dear Lozzymagoo, thank you for watching and for your honest comment. I was really touched by your comment because it reminded me of times when I was single and discouraged. I know it must be hard with setbacks, discouragements and nothing seems to be happening. You may be wondering where God is in your situation… there is a scripture in Jeremiah that says *‘I (God) know the plans I have for you, plans to PROSPER you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future* ’. I know it’s difficult but don’t go by your current situation go by the fact that God says he has a plan for you (that plan involves not only marriage but motherhood and every other good thing). It is a good plan and he will do it. He is a faithful God. God is going to do more than you can imagine. On your part you have to keep trusting him and believing that he can and will do it for you. The best way to do that is keep reading and meditating on the bible. Look for scripture/bible promises about marriage and motherhood etc (google them if needed) write them down and go over them every day, confess them to yourself. It may seem a hassle or like nothing is happening at first BUT it will help you grow your faith so that you know it is God’s will for you to get married AND that you will get married (and have children), because nothing is too hard for God. I had come to believe that God didn't want me to get married but I realised after watching your video that this belief was based on fear, doubt, and discouragement. I am 38 never been married with no children. But I now realise the truth is that God wants me married but the devil doesn't. However through God's word I can fight the good fight of faith and overcome! Through the Blood of King Yahoshua, I pray God richly blesses you and he continues to use you to share his word/truth with others. When people know the truth it really does set them free! Hi Herin, sorry for the late reply. I haven't yet done a water baptism. I was due to do it about 10 years ago at the church my husband and I attended but I was pregnant at the time and health and safety regulations meant i couldn't do it at that time. I still haven't done since but definitely plan to do it at some point. Are you planning to do your baptism? Take care & God bless

Lol. 41 Single. Not married. No guy IN SIGHT ANYWHERE. I have waited since i turned 27 and left it in God's hands. Caused me a lot of anxiety and fear mid 30s, which lead to poor choices in relationships. Tried online from mid 30s off and on until even now. As i approached 40, the fear, pain and frustration became unbearable. I went to God with all of it. Prayed. Fasted. Spent time to know Him. Despite all of this, no change. However, I still think there is an element where it is key to leave this concern in His hands and consistently focus on spending time to know HIM and be filled with His Word and focused on serving HIM. Fear is not from God. Neither is depression. Pressing into Him with open hands that are not holding anything will allow Him to fill us and speak to us. I so appreciate your video giving advice to Christian singles worrying about never getting married. I really believe your advice is true and so helpful. Especially today when marriages are commonly delayed into late 30s, early 40s and with the decline of single men even going to church anymore. God can do anything. We really need to trust and know Him Thanks for your videos! P.s. i have most definitely not put my life on hold waiting for a guy! Life is too short to miss out going on adventures and exploring interests! However, i didnt know i could pray for my future marriage and pray for my preparation for marriage until late 30s. Up until then i just thought God wanted me to trust Him with it, and not think about it at all, since that would mean "I am making it an idol". Faulty church teaching. I am so glad many speakers in the Body are starting to teach men and women to PREPARE for marriage and pray for it. There is so much warfare against it today. Intentionality is needed.

People do need to face the fact that not everyone will marry. I know of many christian women who have waited patiently, they tick all the right boxes and they are still single, no issues, no children, body clock ticking and no husband as it was not Gods plan for their lives. Availability of suitable men shrinking as they age. Some have felt so disappointed to the point they have walked away from Christianity.

It is true that not everyone who desires marriage will get married but this is not because God has changed his mind or because he doesn't keep his promises. In the Bible in many scriptures, we see that God is a promise keeping God and he does not lie. As Christians we have a part to play in receiving from God; living Godly lives, repenting when we sin, building our faith to receive from God (this is important), waiting on God patiently and trusting in God alone. We won’t always know why some people seem to do everything that is needed but still don’t get married but we can be sure it’s not because God changes his mind in some way. When I was single and was worried about this, I would remind myself to trust in God and in his faithfulness. I am not 30 yet I am going to be 28 this year. But I desire to be married. I love your videos but I will say i feel like I am on track. I have never stopped loving God or doubted his love for me because I haven't even dated I 4 years. I have never have to out anything about my life on hold just because I am not married. I love myself and I love God so much. But what I did realized from your videos is I often times thought God is holding relationship or even marriage for me because I did something bad or I just have not gotten to that point of "perfect" for marriage but thank you for making know there's no such thing. The same happened to me till now I am going to be 34 but I didn't get man to get marry,,sometime I though may be God does not want me to get marry because having family is difficult task....May be God does not wish me to trouble that's why I don't found a person to love me.....but one thing I feel so sinner myself because sometime physical need come into my mind and my body so hard for me to control...so if I think about my physical need I wish to get marry but I used to scared too to get marry some time may be I can't feed my Family

Thanks for the great question on dealing with physical desires and temptations (there will be a video on that coming up soon). in the meantime, this really helped me (1) realising that the struggle and temptations were coming from the devil - he wanted to keep me from growing with God (2) realising what triggered these sexual desires - some things were obvious but things like watching romantic films were not so obvious to me initially (3) realising that i had to stop indulging the thoughts (its not wrong to be attracted to the person that you are with but its what we do with the it), i had to cast them out of my mind as soon as they came (usually by focusing on the word of God) (4) rejecting condemnation when i failed and holding onto the fact that nothing could seperate me from God's love (5) VERY IMPORTANT dating someone that was genuinely committed to abstinence/purity in our relationship. Atending a christian fellowship also helped me as that made me accountable. It was still a challenge i have to say which is why it was important that i dated someone that was equally committed abstinence. If he wasn't comiitted im not sure that i would have been able to abstain - i would have had to end the relationship. Sorry its long but i hope this helps. Thanks again. God bless & take care

Two whole people, abiding to Gods design. One man with one woman. Equally yoked. 1 John 4:19 was on a plaque posted at our wedding. We were both 48. I had two adult daughters from my first failed marriage that kept me single for almost two decades it was so bad, and having another daughter out of wedlock at 41! Due to my choices, and until I gave it God, and stopped trying to be in control and allow him to guide me, it was then and only then that it happened. Put God first, give it to God and be content. It will happen in his time.

Maybe if you had this mind set in your late teens and 20's a Godly man would have joined you in your walk with God and the family you desire now would have been possible. Maybe you can get involved with the young women in your church and warn them, show them how satan and feminism are ruining the plan God has for them. Be the example, warn them about the bad boys women seem to desire over godly men. Do something about it, men cannot fix this, women are the only ones who can handle this.

Same thing happened to me recently and I'm almost 32. I almost got married at 22, but God saved me from it. I've always wanted marriage and children, especially motherhood. I still don't like being told that there's no biology with God though. We are very much on this earth, and we are biological. Im starting to feel that the 3 or 4 children I always wanted to have, will become one or two if marriage doesn't come soon. Meeting, building, engagement, getting pregnant, pregnancy, all these do take time and have to be considered.
This really spoke to me. Once you're in your 30s, you do start doubting. "Will I ever get married? Will I ever have kids?" I'm trying to stay encouraged. Thank you for this video.

I'm 34 and I cried on the 1st of January cause a guy I was seeing just disappeared and I thought really am I still going to go through this in 2021 and at my age. I will continue having faith
I’m still waiting for marriage and family at 50+. This is great encouragement for those in their 30s but honestly I’m tired. I’ve lived and done so much without a spouse that it comes to a point where you just don’t care about it anymore. Including caring for family. Yes, I spend time with God, reading the word, serve and have done many other things. I’ve always felt I would be married by now and never envisioned life like this. Before wondering if I’m picky - maybe in my 20s but not now. Yet it has not occurred for whatever reason. I’m starting to think that God may not just want this for me. Let’s face it, everyone will not get married in this life.

You are right that not everyone, even those that desire it, will get married but that is not because God does not want marriage for them. God created marriage and said it was a good thing to find a wife. And the Bible tells us that God will withhold no good thing from us. I know it’s difficult but please do not go by how long you’ve waited and how old you are etc. Instead go by what the bible says; that God will never change his mind, he will not fail you or forsake you, that nothing is too hard for him and that he will grant you the desires of your heart. I don’t know why the wait has been so long…but don’t give up because God is more than able. Be encouraged and don’t stop believing God for marriage, ask him to guide you and reveal things to you. I agree Sheshe. You can live your life to the fullest single, but once you enter late 30s, 40s, it's not fun anymore. It's isolating. You don't fit in anymore. There are families and young singles in churches, and then you. There arent even really singles ministries in churches to support this age group. It's awful! Singleness later in life when a woman wants to be married - I do not believe it glorifies God. He can work through it regardless but I dont believe it is God's will. This is becoming increasingly common today.
I have had to let this go and focus on serving God. I still do online dating and keep my life full, but my focus and purpose i want to keep on Him. I am not even guaranteed tomorrow anyways. Focusing on how this hasnt happened when I was young enough to build a life with someone versus just having companionship just made me depressed.
I have been feeling so discouraged in this area. 33, no kids, never married and there are so many messages that my best days are behind me. I have made poor decisions in relationships that have lead me to my current singleness, but I'm hoping that God will restore my wasted years.

I'm almost 30 and the thought of needing to find someone became so real. In your early 20s you really don't think about it too much or at least I didn't lol so now it's like woah I actually have to really think about it. First of all your statement about having children at 35 and having 4. Wow !! Glory to God that is amazing I love that gives me so much hope to tune out all the people always saying it's not realistic or like it's over after 20s to have children.So this really helped me ease worries. Also, I think all them were helpful but I really felt the one where you said put the breaks off..I feel God has been speaking that to me because I felt I was always waiting to do things until I got married but slowly I'm taking off breaks and living my life and doing what God wants me to do as well ❤ so I will definitely keep doing this.

#3 is the biggest thing I needed to learn. I put so much on hold when I was single thinking I needed to share it. It's only been recently that I started to live the single life fully and doing everything I want to do regardless of my relationship status. I'm feeling fulfilled even being single. I finally feel like I don't "need" a relationship. I'm content single. I know if God brings the right man into my life, it will add to my already fantastic life, not complete it. In this way, I won't lower my standards or settle for the wrong person. Wonderful video :)

I would like to say that single women in London should be more transparent with men when they are single so that we know how to bridge intimacy with exact communication. I understand that women are more single in London than men, but insecurity is a major issue when there is no communication link between the opposite sex. Life events are vital as wellbut things can only get better when we realise not to panic in a hurry and pack our luggage to travel abroad in Search of long term relationship. We just have to reinvent ourselves to overcome stress induced anxiety. We deserve to be cared for and loved in our society by women of good deeds. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing the video, and I think it's amazing that you had all your children within 6 years. Very blessed! Im not sure how to feel about the biology point. Not everyone gets pregnant so quickly, and not all women have regular periods even. I guess it could come down to faith, but so far, my faith has kept my head above water and everything else that others take for granted, I don't even see them on the horizon. That is a huge worry. Not to mention that the waiting turns to grief by the time you're 32 and single. Add disappointments, rejection and setbacks to the mix and it feels like a real dead end situation. It's painful watching those around you move onto their third pregnancy while you fail to even find someone. It's makes you feel heartbroken. Personally I always wanted a big family. But everything takes so much time (finding, meeting, building, engagement, marriage, getting pregnant, pregnancy etc) and by 32, it does feel like you're running out of time, and no amount of time with God will fill the huge empty space. I'm just being honest. I love the Lord and I'm so close to him. But the frustration is unbearable at times 🤦🏻♀️
Dear Lozzymagoo, thank you for watching and for your honest comment. I was really touched by your comment because it reminded me of times when I was single and discouraged. I know it must be hard with setbacks, discouragements and nothing seems to be happening. You may be wondering where God is in your situation… there is a scripture in Jeremiah that says *‘I (God) know the plans I have for you, plans to PROSPER you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future* ’. I know it’s difficult but don’t go by your current situation go by the fact that God says he has a plan for you (that plan involves not only marriage but motherhood and every other good thing). It is a good plan and he will do it. He is a faithful God. God is going to do more than you can imagine. On your part you have to keep trusting him and believing that he can and will do it for you. The best way to do that is keep reading and meditating on the bible. Look for scripture/bible promises about marriage and motherhood etc (google them if needed) write them down and go over them every day, confess them to yourself. It may seem a hassle or like nothing is happening at first BUT it will help you grow your faith so that you know it is God’s will for you to get married AND that you will get married (and have children), because nothing is too hard for God. I had come to believe that God didn't want me to get married but I realised after watching your video that this belief was based on fear, doubt, and discouragement. I am 38 never been married with no children. But I now realise the truth is that God wants me married but the devil doesn't. However through God's word I can fight the good fight of faith and overcome! Hi Herin, sorry for the late reply. I haven't yet done a water baptism. I was due to do it about 10 years ago at the church my husband and I attended but I was pregnant at the time and health and safety regulations meant i couldn't do it at that time. Single. Not married. No guy IN SIGHT ANYWHERE. I have waited since i turned 27 and left it in God's hands. Caused me a lot of anxiety and fear mid 30s, which lead to poor choices in relationships. Tried online from mid 30s off and on until even now. As i approached 40, the fear, pain and frustration became unbearable. I went to God with all of it. Prayed. Fasted. Spent time to know Him. Despite all of this, no change. However, I still think there is an element where it is key to leave this concern in His hands and consistently focus on spending time to know HIM and be filled with His Word and focused on serving HIM. Fear is not from God. Neither is depression. Pressing into Him with open hands that are not holding anything will allow Him to fill us and speak to us. I so appreciate your video giving advice to Christian singles worrying about never getting married. I really believe your advice is true and so helpful. Especially today when marriages are commonly delayed into late 30s, early 40s and with the decline of single men even going to church anymore. God can do anything. We really need to trust and know Him

P.s. i have most definitely not put my life on hold waiting for a guy! Life is too short to miss out going on adventures and exploring interests! However, i didnt know i could pray for my future marriage and pray for my preparation for marriage until late 30s. Up until then i just thought God wanted me to trust Him with it, and not think about it at all, since that would mean "I am making it an idol". Faulty church teaching. I am so glad many speakers in the Body are starting to teach men and women to PREPARE for marriage and pray for it. There is so much warfare against it today. Intentionality is needed.

People do need to face the fact that not everyone will marry. I know of many christian women who have waited patiently, they tick all the right boxes and they are still single, no issues, no children, body clock ticking and no husband as it was not Gods plan for their lives. Availability of suitable men shrinking as they age. Some have felt so disappointed to the point they have walked away from Christianity.

It is true that not everyone who desires marriage will get married but this is not because God has changed his mind or because he doesn't keep his promises. In the Bible in many scriptures, we see that God is a promise keeping God and he does not lie. As Christians we have a part to play in receiving from God; living Godly lives, repenting when we sin, building our faith to receive from God (this is important), waiting on God patiently and trusting in God alone. We won’t always know why some people seem to do everything that is needed but still don’t get married but we can be sure it’s not because God changes his mind in some way. When I was single and was worried about this, I would remind myself to trust in God and in his faithfulness. I am not 30 yet I am going to be 28 this year. But I desire to be married. I love your videos but I will say i feel like I am on track. I have never stopped loving God or doubted his love for me because I haven't even dated I 4 years. I have never have to out anything about my life on hold just because I am not married. I love myself and I love God so much. But what I did realized from your videos is I often times thought God is holding relationship or even marriage for me because I did something bad or I just have not gotten to that point of "perfect" for marriage but thank you for making know there's no such thing. But don't be discouraged. Don't allow discouragement to defeat you. I have gone on several holidays in various continents and I can't lower my standards for any man he must know God first before coming to me.

The same happened to me till now I am going to be 34 but I didn't get man to get marry,,sometime I though may be God does not want me to get marry because having family is difficult task....May be God does not wish me to trouble that's why I don't found a person to love me.....but one thing I feel so sinner myself because sometime physical need come into my mind and my body so hard for me to control...so if I think about my physical need I wish to get marry but I used to scared too to get marry some time may be I can't feed my Family

Hi Purity Chronicles, thank you for watching the video! im so glad you found it useful. Developing Intimacy with God was a real turning point for me. If you are interested i have a video called 'buliding intimacy with God' and i also talk about it in my latest video on preparing for marriage. Thanks for the great question on dealing with physical desires and temptations (there will be a video on that coming up soon). in the meantime, this really helped me (1) realising that the struggle and temptations were coming from the devil - he wanted to keep me from growing with God (2) realising what triggered these sexual desires - some things were obvious but things like watching romantic films were not so obvious to me initially (3) realising that i had to stop indulging the thoughts (its not wrong to be attracted to the person that you are with but its what we do with the it), i had to cast them out of my mind as soon as they came (usually by focusing on the word of God) (4) rejecting condemnation when i failed and holding onto the fact that nothing could seperate me from God's love (5) VERY IMPORTANT dating someone that was genuinely committed to abstinence/purity in our relationship. Atending a christian fellowship also helped me as that made me accountable. It was still a challenge i have to say which is why it was important that i dated someone that was equally committed abstinence. If he wasn't comiitted im not sure that i would have been able to abstain - i would have had to end the relationship. Sorry its long but i hope this helps. Thanks again. God bless & take care

I really take the point on the triggers, the types of movies and even conversations which could play on our subconscience, and as you said, not indulging or meditating on accompanying thoughts which are fueled by lust with an empty ending.

1 John 4:19 was on a plaque posted at our wedding. We were both 48. I had two adult daughters from my first failed marriage that kept me single for almost two decades it was so bad, and having another daughter out of wedlock at 41! Due to my choices, and until I gave it God, and stopped trying to be in control and allow him to guide me, it was then and only then that it happened.
Put God first, give it to God and be content. It will happen in his time.
