can I apply to CNO if I do not have any Canadian study or work permit? I just go my NNAS report and going to apply to CNO, pls advise me, Thank you so much
Hi...Samiksha...you get access to jurisprudence exam once you apply to CNO. Ypu cannot give it before CNO application. It is one of the requirements of your CNO application
Hi Simon…No no…NCLEX and jurisprudence are two different things..totally different. Nclex tests your nursing knowledge and it’s application abut jurisprudence exam tests your knowledge about Canadian medical laws, their scope, scope of practice of different categories of nurses. It’s more about legal boundaries
@@HMK57 iencap and nclex are two different things. And right question would be do I need to give nclex and iencap for my RN application? Now this depends on your cno report…what they demand of you. Hi Rajbir...very good question. For CNO you have to update your account in two years. By update I mean, either you give jurisprudence exam, ielts, police check, etc.
Can you please update the information, your vudeos are really informative and i have really benefitted from them, currently they ask 50 MCQ and we have 30 days to give the exam after the fee payment. 😃

Hello Dear I submitted my application for RPN after receiving nnas asvisory report so could u pls tell me when can i receive eligibility to write exam ? And which requirement need to complete after application submission. Pls guide me 😔
Hi Ambica...it usually takes one month before you hear from CNO regarding your eligibility to write an exam. Keep track of your application and registered email address, so that you can have early access to communications from CNO. Good luck.
Hi Ashley...Yes, NNAS is different from CNO. So, you need to make account for CNO if you want to get registered in Ontario as an RN/RPN. So, if you cleared Nclex by getting eligibility from ahpra and you want to register yourself in Ontario then you need to create account on CNO and get your license transferred to CNO from Ahpra.
Jurisprudence exam is necessary to before the RPN exam? How much time take by CNO for RPN. If I give Nclex exam, its necessary to go RN process through CNO process. Please reply
Yes if you have given the nclex exam…you still have to go through cno process as cno is the registration authority in Ontario. And CNO will give you license as an RN only when you meet all the registration requirements

@@nemoandnannu Hii there it’s better to first apply for APHRA pass your Nclex then apply for NNAS because if you already give nclex through Aphra and then apply for NNAS your report will be comparable and the report will be generated faster compared to if you apply without giving nclex and second benefit of it is that when you through CNO after NNAS you won’t be needed to transfer your scores from APHRA to CNO as it is already verified by NNAS this my point of view and I have did the same process

Hi Rajbir...you can start with the requirements like jurisprudence exam and language proficiency...but PCC usually expires in 6 months so start that only after clearing your registration exam. For exam you can start preparing...its already high time...CNO usually gives its decision on your education requirement within one month and then emails you that you can book your exam.

Hi Adiam...there is nothing as right time for this exam...you should be aware that it has a validity of 5 years, so even if you take the exam in the very beginning of meeting the requirements, it would not make much difference. Also, it will meet jurisprudence criteria of both RN and RPN category. But the only thing is that it has very vast content and some of it you should really go through, so you need time to atleast cover the stuff for your general knowledge although the questions are always the same

Hi Muskan...congratulations for getting eligibility. Just relax and prepare for your exam. In the meanwhile, keep checking your CNO application to see whether they considered your nursing education is comparable or not ( which is usually not!) If they say your education is not conparable, just book exam from australia and give it. When you pass, get your scores transferred to CNO. They will meet both your education and registration exam requirements. If in case CNO says your education is comparable, then book exam from Canada only its cheaper also as score transfer fee is around $250. You will get to know what CNO says in a months time frame.
