I run an asphalt company and i too would have charged $4000 + paving is expensive i gotta pay my crew and trucking and buy material and have to have at least 40-50% profit. This is a normal price someones price is their price this man misunderstood him at the $18 a foot part. His fault Not franks

most companies including mine have a $5000 minimum. so depending on size. $5-$8 is normal
