You can use, as you are going to apply conditioner only on the mid lengths and ends of your hair strands and not on the scalp or roots

I bought herbal essences bio:renew(ginger) shampoo nd conditioner..it’s not sulphate free..
Other matters which u said is crct ..
First time when i used this shampoo I had lots of hairfall while rinsing..but I didn’t stop its usage,bcz its nrml to get hairfall when we suddenly change our hair products.will see in future whether it works or not

You can use coconut milk shampoo if your hair is frizzy,dry and damaged

Hi Swathy, I suggest not to apply heavy oil on your hair. Applying too much oil on your scalp can mess up with natural oil balance of your scalp which may make your hair fragile and damaged.
After oiling leave it overnight and wash it off the next day but usually 2 hours before shampooing is sufficient.

Hi Dhanasree, try to check on your diet plan eat healthy fruits, nuts and veggies to promote internal hydration to the scalp . Use a gentle cleanser to wash the excess oil from your scalp. Also use virgin coconut oil or almond oil for your hair

Hi Keerthana, It depends on the type of your hair. Products which works for me, may not work for you. It's a trial and error method, go for products that don't have sulfates, parabens and harsh chemicals. Also follow a strict diet by eating healthy to nourish your scalp and body from within. Take time and follow a hair care routine which works for you.
