      I have been a victim of llegal biomedical research that HE works on!!! Did you obtain informed consent from the human subject of your biomedical experiment? If not, you are violating the law and could be in the risk of lawsuit. First of all as human beings, obey the law!! Your misconduct is sending such message to the world" For your own profit you may do any illegal misconduct!! Deplorable!!! Lawbreaking scientist!!!

    Can someone tell me what happens if we apply the principle to animals like say a chimpanzee or a dolphin, or even a dog? They can't speak because they lack vocal cords and whatever but is there some part of their brain that can be tapped like this to give us speech from them? Or they simply lack the neocortex involved?
