I got approved last year for sda never used it still,on my plan. As I looked into renting to buy but was put off as I was told you had to,put $240,000 deposit that was way out of my league. Then I looked at just renting but I was then told I would loose 85% of my disabilty pension so I then was put off. Plus how can you pay your power, gas and water bills if 15% of your pension plus I have pet insurance, contense insurance and health insurance. So I was then like it’s not worth the stress. But I have had no proper support or advice except my own. Too scary. I met with the sda person who assess me but I once got my plan I was put in wrong catergory as it said apartment I never want that I always said house.
