Well, the Executive Producer is so darned cute.. (but don’t make her mad!). ha You guys are are able to make even a concrete convention interesting. I still don’t have a full grasp of what the finished Bealy Good residential structure will look like.. We will just have to continue viewing in order to eventually have the entire picture revealed, during the upcoming 2025 Bealy Good season. Thank you for the quality output…
Sienna slate, with sand yp medium gray was nice... but i liked them both. 😅 I'm a great help!! 😅😅😅 hopefully Jackie used her Charm and got ya some great deals . 😊😊😊
You asked, and I will answer: Sienna Slate with Coachella Sand YP, Chocolate TF. Geoff, I so agree with you about booth 'babes' (male and female) who ignore customers who want to spend $$. You may want to try at a different time, many of those commercial booths have folks who work shifts. My honest take is to have Chris assist you. He'll not only know what you actually need, he can probably help you get a good deal. Thank you for sharing this. It honestly looks like fun.
Yes Mrs Bealy Good that archway is really nice - like the shape of it. So much involved in the 'cement' industry I would probably would never thought about Bealy Good - so many things to learn.
when looking for a skid steer I would recomend one with an overhead door rather than a swing door ,much less chance of breakage ,Ive seen it several times where people will have door open and lift arms up slightly and door gets smashed .

Me and Charlette on the porch just a Schwinging. As a kid my bike was a Schwinn. Rode it to school and made me feel like a Schwinner. Interesting technology in construction these days, thanks for the tour Bealy Goods. Siennaa slate in gray.
Thank you for sharing your road trip. Hope both you and mom are recovering well. Customer service has gone downhill since covid. It's like the younger generation has never learned how to converse in person. It just a shame. (Dang guess I'm an old fart now). My vote on floor Sienna Slate color and texture. Have a safe trip home. 💖💖💖💖💖💖
Good morning Mr and Mrs Bealy Good. Glad I caught you early this morning have a BEALY GOOD DAY.Jackie you better grab his wallet so he doesn't over spend.
Thx for the ride along on the trade show floor. I’ve done so many trade shows that just looking at the familiar trade show layout made my feet hurt. Gotta admit, that stuff looks interesting but the lack of traffic at the show was a bit puzzling.
Looked like a great show although I feel some of these companies should give you a "Pioneering" discount. It seems the braces, forms, etc are next gen from what you've been using. It's quite possible they've been watching your videos and you've been providing lots extra field testing free of charge 👀 I noticed there was no J Deere green on their skid-steer. I thought that was their color 🤔 The Safewaze booth has some good ideas for safety at height. Attaching workers to a cable seems important for reducing your liability as the contractor. For Mrs. Bealy Good question, I would prefer the Sienna Slate pattern for the basement floor because it looks smoother to walk on (and to clean) vs the Ancient Stone. Imho the ancient pattern would be better suited for an outdoor floor. I will leave the color choice up to her as I don't know the color palette for the walls, decor, etc. "Schwing" from Waynes World ~ Mrs. Bealy Good. Best Quote of the Show Award 🤣
My opinion with your stamps and not wanting to cut concrete is use more of the stone type stencils… you can then use trowel or shovel to cut/ weaken concrete to act as relief points "
How is the texture on the concrete stamps you chose for cleaning? With a lot of texture dirt settles in the depressions. I like the texture on the left and the color on the right. I haven't commented lately because it to hard to type on the tv where I watch your videos. Today I watched on tv, then came to the computer to comment. I never miss one of your posts. Feel like friends . I have watched your channel since you bought the farm. Cris introduced your channel to us.
Sienna Slate, with Sand YP Medium Gray. It's not as an aggressive texture, less depressions. It looks like it would be easier to clean, and it won't hold dirt, debris like the other pattern.
Q1 the stamp Anclent stone chocella Q2 Sand YP-med gray TE ! Some years ago we had a local guy that spray on mortar and he had made a roller wheel that stamped a block design that he done walls with He had a younger guy helping him that might still do it but idk any his info but the old guy had made a bunch the wheels a few as wide as 4' for sidewalks He made them way before those paint rollers that made designs in the pain like making a brick wall look had came out ! back in the early 90's The only thing he didn't do was adding the colors to the mortar or concrete !
Be careful with the lower level JD equipment. Some grease fittings are poorly placed and impossible to replace, without taking the machine completely apart.
My question to you is? How are you going to clean the floor? And are you concerned about it being uneven for future and appliances? If it is outside, the rough texture would be great. But inside, I'd be looking for easy cleaning and comfortable walking around barefoot. Very good informative video, Geoff.
What's the name of the company for the steel forms( archway, steps)? You did not mention the name. Thanks for posting this video, your efforts are appreciated.
Sorry, I did not even get it. No one talked to me. If I caught the booth number on video then it will be on the world of concrete map. But I don’t know if I did thanks.
Did you bump into Tom Hause from the Concrete with the Hause's TH-cam channel while at the World of Concrete convention? He was scheduled to attend with his son.
It’s interesting that the Roman recipe for concrete has never been equaled. Roman concrete has lasted thousands of years. Witness the aqueducts and the Pantheon. We should learn from them.
Hopefully you learn to stop buying over priced products and start gaining a crew or a group of subs that can produce a more productive schedule, using field built professional quality reusable materials, decking, talk to true pros, not DIY sales guys. You will be far ahead in the game

Thanks for watching! We did. 😊

Thanks for sharing.

It was interesting to see that Schwing was there at the show - They are just down the road a couple of miles from me - in Northeast St Paul.

Mrs B the color is what works with the wall color to be fair. Less grooves for dirt and lighter color is what I would do

Sienna slate for sure. The darker colour.😊

Sienna stone as it is for color. The other stamp would be hard to clean..
A young man from our area was there. Won the brick laying competition. I think he is 16.

great video Geoff, since you're going to be living in the house you should pick witch pattern and colour you like best 👍👍👍👍👍

Was there a hard hat booth??? 😁 I saw one at the safety harness people ... but no interest from BG???
Did you see Ryan and the guys from Victory out there.
I’d like the Solano slate with the Coachella color
thanks for all the icf coverage, i am digging the precut to plan nudura. Any idea on how much more it is vs just buying the blocks?

Sienna Slate in same color

I did not.
I was looking to see if someone asked this lol
As far as the slate patterns go, I would take the one I didn't have to clean with a toothpick after mopping the surface.
Did you see Ryan from Victory Outdoor Services at the Dewalt booths? He does a lot of concrete stamping.
@@bottomup12 no. I wish I had known he was out here.
You made a good call about not buying the John Deere, Because they won't let you even check the engine oil
Sienna Slate Pattern . Medium Gray TE color .
If your stamped concrete is for a floor, those designs would make it hard to wash a floor

Sand YP , Ancient slat.

Sienna slate pattern with Coachella color.
The ancient stone stamp is harder on the feet. The lighter color shows dirt more.
Yeah, I think we’re gonna do the ancient stone outside to help with slippage around the pool and do the other one inside. Not sure on the colors yet.
