What you MUST tell every Invisalign patient BEFORE you place the first refinement aligner

Aligners that do not adapt properly to the teeth will feel tight. And not a "good" kind of tight. Sometimes, uncooperative patients rationalize that, finally, something is happening because the aligners are putting a lot pr pressure on the teeth. This is a huge misconsception. And similarly, a properly fitting aligners will NOT have to feel tight to do its job. This video illustrates the point.
