Desperation 3 or Wings of Mercy 3 are great budget skills. Or there is Spd/Def Link 3 from Norne when you get Reposition to ensure his weapon activates.
Otherwise Null-Follow Up 3 if you are willing to use a New Years Innes or spend 20,000 feathers on a Kagetsu.
