All we need now is a Jacob Collier cameo and the circle will be complete. Thank you Plini for your music and vision.
I listen to Jacob put we really don't need him on this lol
i love jacob but he won't go with the style of plini
loving all the influences
My man 😎
im sorry wHaT
Hey rudy what do you think about Car Bomb music? Since you basically have the same music taste as me i'm curious what you think about them.
ayy rubyadobe
it's rubdy adobe, I cannot believe this
This is the best Plini song
thanks
no problem ryan
It is
Not even close, in my opinion, but a masterful song all the same.
Close, but for me still handmade cities (the song).
I don't think I ever heard another song with that "reverse swing" but it sounds so good
1:31 - 1:37 Unexpected Opeth vibes! Loved it, I could definitely see you making amazing music complimenting your current upbeat tone with something darker like in that riff. Absolutely phenomenal song, you guys make some serious music.
This is walkin' around like a boss kind of music.
Now this is something. The good music is strong again with this kid. The great ones (Steve Vai, Joe Satiani e.t.c.) should be excited that there is an artist (Plini) who already carries the torch of the modern guitar playing. Last BUT NOT LEAST, the band. Simply flawless. Seriously, every single one of them.
My god Plini. You are one step ahead.
Ahhh, its perfectly different, and I love it!!!
Pls do not stop of making good music.
3:15 Solo by Plini Gives me Satriani Vibes ✨
i havent got a fucking clue about anything music theory but all i know is that the little 5 second phrase starting at 3:42 is the most beautiful thing ive ever heard in music, hands down, no exaggerations whatsoever
The sax playing the harmony to the main riff. The sound is fucking MASSIVE. Gives me chills every time.
Chris Allison has the sweetest groove. Sits so nicely in the pocket. Love it
This song blows..... my mind
this is the best thing I've ever heard
Beautiful!!!
Amazing!
Dude this is incredible all around the board. So fresh and original, and such a groove
Amazing
Definition of "Masterpiece"
Yawwwwn. I could be listening to anyone.
Absolutely flawless
Loving this
God that saxophone is awesome! And the music as a whole, majestic! Can’t wait to dive in the other songs
Now we're talking. Got the full jazz fusion vibe now
this is good. Like insane level good.
This song is such a VIBE and I love it so much.
This is so groovy, my god
YEEAAAHHHHHHH!~~~ AMAZING AS ALWAYS!
finally another piano solo. and man this saxophone is pure sex
One more day and I can buy this EP!!

That sax solo is to die for. More of that.

still one of if not your best in my opinion. What is your hands down favorite Plini track?
Just when you thought things couldn't get any better.... Holy sshit!!!
❤❤❤
So Friday plans are made....thanks Plini! :D
What happens at 1:20 min? Some kind of implied metric modulation? My gooosshhhhhh. Awesome!!!
Love the new grooves!! Especially that sax son!! Sounds like a lighter version of vitalism’s new shit
chills!
two artists i'd recommend if you like this: shubh saran and Igorrr
I expected it to be awesome and it certainly was.
Light years ahead of all the bedroom guitarists infecting youtube with their unoriginality and pointless technicality. The future of instrumental guitar!
god its still so fucking good
IF SNARKY PUPPY WAS DJENT
I thought the exact same thing! Just saw SP at Ravinia a few weeks ago. Plini would be awesome there.
Yes, that synth solo brought me right back to Cory Henry's solo in Lingus!
Exactly my thoughts!
BOOLORD fuckin oath
Deadset the best analogy hahaha
3:14 hits hard as heck.
damn!! Those J Dilla grooves though! Holy shit this is insane!
😍😍😍😍
💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓
Heard the first synth notes. Thought about commenting "feat. Anomalie" as a joke. Checked description first. Golly.
my reactions in the following minutes: 3:14 oh! What's going on here? 3:37 oh! beautiful!!!, 4:00 ahhhhhhhh, is realy amaziiiiiiiiiiiiing!!!
Indeed!!! I'm listening to this song for the very first time and cant express what Im feeling!!!
little bit of plini, dream theater, snarky puppy and mateus asato in one song
Needs to be in gran turismo
Fuck this is amazing
Anika Nilles on drums ???
How do i get that sound in 1:50-2:30
Please help
Love the jazzy vibes! The synth is a seaboard right?

what do u call this genre
John K. It sounds like prog jazz
Viva San Martin Perón Evita Ernesto Nestor Cristina Pancho los redondos y el Diego.
Buen tema.
if djent was plini.
Jazz de pana
Very pulent djazz
THE BASS.
THE *B A S S*
*Dbass
Adam Neely would be proud
Don't be DeBassist! No one likes DeBassist racist. It could harm your face-ist.
And remember kids, carry mace-ist just in case of rapists.
Mr simon grove on z bass
its a bass track haha
This moment when two worlds you thought were completely unaware of each other meet, that is progressive metal (Plini) and jazz fusion (Anomalie). It's so nice to see Plini fans mentioning Snarky or Jacob Collier, it's like we all like the same stuff despite of genres !
progressive metal is a bold title for plini
I'd say they're in the same broad umbrella group, going from prog metal to djent to fusion to funk.
Basically music for god tier drummers lol
Back when Prog Snob hadn't gone to shit a lot of people would talk about other certain artists a lot, like chon, vulfpeck, snarky, etc. There's a surprising amount of overlap
Joel Mahay more people need vulf in their lives
well ... in the 70s it was quite common to melt ... a lot of things ....
King Crimson, Genesis and Rush are still ahead of our time with some songs and their complexity and eclectic style!
The electronic and metal genre teared everything apart....
No single band these days comes close to this eclectic epic rock fusion (prog) style of the 70s!
The progressive genre these days is split into 3 parts.
The pseudo-classic prog ... with mostly guys above the 50s.
The modern prog ... which is mostly called instrumental post-rock/math and indie.
And the eclectic prog ... where everything is included, even progressive country.
Most of the listeners are cat 1 and 2.
I guess cat 1 and 2 will never find each other.
The only hope is, that cat 2 is becmoing more and more cat 3 ....
For that, we would need a mix like Plini meets Amon Tobin, Hanne Hukkelberg, Snarky Puppy, Broken Social Scene, Annuals, Eyvind Kang, Christian McBride, Pat Metheny .... that would be .... lol
Good music is universal to any genre!

It shouldn't exists the "Bad Songs" folder in Plini's music folder.
This is the ultimate form of Plini
I truly believe this isn't even his final form :O
Rumors say he isn't even at 50%...
Hasn't even hit his stride yet.
His final stage will begin after the first 7/16 phases
Meanwhile its like battling a boss
He will keep turning even better
He's already over 9000, what is there after that?
Holy shit this is my favorite one😮 So good! I googled this word and it is a French word used to describe a man who saunters around observing society, or a carefree wanderer 🤗
Haha, usually it's pejorative! In Plini's case, I can't see it being bad tho. Now I want to flâne all day, baby!
Kevin Labranche c'est pas péjoratif ;) c'est un peu un rêveur
C'est pas forcément péjoratif flâneur c'est léger
It translates to loiterer
J'ai toujours associé ça a "glandeur" perso x)
Song of the year, incredible
Your range has gotten wider. Love the new experiments!
HELL YEAHHHHHHHH! Love the jazzy vibe! This is awesomeeeeeeee
I really wasn't expecting something like this but this has blown my mind, Anomalie and John both killed it, it doesn't get better than this ❤️
You should never expect to be dissapointed by plini.
Universal law
Juan Diego Esquivel Definitely agree with that !
lo debo tomar en cuenta para los proximos releases xd reitero: i never doubted him! plankk nunca decepciona !
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOI
Dodos are back on earth thanks to this song

ANOMALIE
Brendon Hester I thought the same thing!
ANOMALIE IS ON IT WTF!
ahhh ouin
yeah this dude is just so freakiing good
Brendon Hester is that the guy who made parc?
It's funny how metal is said to be a dark genre, when there are Plini, Animals As Leaders, Angel Vivaldi, Covet, Polyphia, and so many more of which I forgot the name now. Truly inspiring. I used to listen to metal a lot, but mostly the dark types, and I've discovered that I'm better of with positivity in my life, so I switched to indie, blues, folk, jazz, funk, soul (indie)rock, classical music, orchestra music and so on. Fun fact, if you choose your metal well, it is equally as positive as the other genres! That's so cool! On a side note, I don't fully understand people listening to pop music though. I know, it has been said before, but still. Today's pop music is a bit boring. I've watched this video (th-cam.com/video/oVME_l4IwII/w-d-xo.html), and I immediately nodded my head to all the things that were said there. But I still didn't get an answer to why people actually listen to it, aside of it being played over and over again.
People listen to it cause they like it. That's how music works. You listen to what you like. Jazz/blues/rock used to to be pop too and lots of people would call them boring\stupid\degenetative\low effort as well cause they really wanted to feel elitist.
i would recommend this video if you found yourself nodding your head to that one th-cam.com/video/VfNdps0daF8/w-d-xo.html
Chills, Eargasm, ... !!! 3:59

You REALLY have a thing for quintuplets
DaveBits its turning me on as we speak 😃
I’m bad at picking it out (and just playing them in general). Any clear spots you could point out for me?
Sam Schellhase right from the beginning! listen closely to the snare drum and hihat (and later the ride)
AH I HEAR IT NOW THANK YOU!! i hear it the best on the ride, but i got it now, thanks!
yeah, the whole piece has a bit of a "quintuplet swing" thing going on.
That section from 3:59 to 4:16 is just gorgeous and such a tease.
