Be that as it may. Before I die want to be player like these two gentleman. I'm 38 years old. But what they do and those like them all of the players out there. I wish to someday express myself as you'll do. Thank you!
by 7:50 I had crapped my pants by 9:50 My mind had split open by 11:50 I realized there was still crap in my pants, but didn't care by 14:50 I felt like James Bond(with crap in his pants) by the end I was completely amazed by two of my favorites. Truly amazing musicians
I’ve watched many victor jams, but he seems bored in many of them or like he’s trying to give a lesson. This one is different. He seems like he is truly entwined with Reed here. This is in my opinion the best victor jam out there! And thank you so much to Reed for bringing something brilliant and original. This seems to be the pinnacle of what music can give.
Great performance Reed and Victor !!! I used to play Bass with Blue Combo in Tulsa. If you ever get to Buenos Aires, Argentina, drop me a line. I live here now. BTW, Victor has played here several times since I moved here a couple of years ago. I plan on seeing him the next time he comes here. He usually plays in San Telmo...it's a neighborhood in Bs As. Best of luck, Tex
Classic Reed Mathis from back in Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey days, highlighting his high-register bass effect ... Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey - There is no Method
On the Sweet Water Minute Mr. Wooten spoke of (ego balance). Would piece with Mr. Mathis be a good example of that? I'm an inspiring bass player. Learning on my own.
Thanks for watching :)
One of the sickest jams ever

Thats is a nice sound man what kind of pedle you using if you dont mind can you tell me the pedel you. Is using
REED!!!🎉
digitech whammy, and a volume pedal.
Which effect is Reed using?
also I think an expression pedal for the whammy, iirc the pedal on the whammy is not so good.
looks like a redhair Frusciante on bass xD
Those effects are so annoying ! Great video though !
