I think u r using the 2 tier storage rack in upside down position 1:08 This way it may not be safe to store the glass container.

No one can give color suggestions without seeing the space. Color combinations depends upon the amount of natural light that comes into a room and size of a room.
Pastel shade yellow with white looks bright and suitable for rooms where there is scarcity of natural light, Pastel shade of peach in combination with white also looks good, Pastel green looks soothing but you need to decide it based on usage, dimensions, placement of room and one must consider Vastu as well while choosing colour.
