BTCC 2001 - Rounds 3 & 4 Thruxton

Next up in BTCC 2001 lookback is Rounds 3 & 4 of the championship at Thruxton. Could James Thompson build on his Round 2 win at Brands and could Peugeot overcome their tire woes and take the fight to Vauxhall.

Carzy this was 20yrs ago, my 1st btcc race I went and watched with my dad. Went up in his vauxhall caviler gls 2ltr. Thanks for posting this

I had no idea about the two stop rule for Thruxton. Madness! Basically from the end of Super Touring through to fairly recently the BTCC tyre supplier has struggled.
