Wow, another amazing video! Definitely I will watch the whole course. One question, what would have happened if instead of using Spearman you would have used Pearson correlation?
Thanks Dan for this video. I was wondering if it wouldn't be more appropriate to use Mantel test instead of Spearman correlation test when comparing distance (physical or ecological) matrices? Bests
How come when I color my plot, it doesn't work at all. All datapoints are the same colour no matter what I do despite there clearly being different sample types in my dataset. How does your "LAYER" column look? are they discrete values, continuous values, or character strings?
Hi Dr. Knights, Thank you so much for your video! It is very helpful. I am wondering if you could provide me with the link to all the command lines in your lectures. Thanks! Hanh
best series on youtube, I have watch it like 10 times
Hi Mr knights I'm a graduate student in Korea studying gut brain axis
your video was a huge help for me to understand papers thanks again
Thanks a lot for the excellent presentations. Cheers from Brazil.
hi.thank you very much for your valuable videos!!!! U rock! cheers from Europe

Amazing lecture. Thank you
Thank you for the lecture. Is there a reason why you recommend to calculate the unifrac distance matrix in QIIME and not in R?
you are a life saver, thank you

thanks Doc!!! so clear.
what is gradient?
Is it possible to calculate unifrac distance matrix between the OTUs?

Great video, thanks
Where can I get these codes
Does any one has the web page with the pipeline ? Thanks !
Thank you.
