UMES alum here. Loved seeing this video, so many memories on that side of town. Princess Anne is a very small town, but it has a lot of history there and in the surrounding areas. Wishing everyone in that area peace and blessings.

Grew up in Wenona from 16 months till 7 yrs old,mom was killed by train on 50 & Peggy’s neck rd,step dad Rotch raised Tommy,Larry his real children and me,My Dad was a German ,we lived in Westover till Rotch died at 12,hit by car in Westover at 12 crushed hip and broke pelvis ,legs etc.Also at 9 half brother shot me in left eye ,blind for 62 yrs till it was fixed.Sent to Milton Hershey against my will,got out and lived in 6 foster homes from perryhawkin to Pittsville to Marion to parsonburg,to Salisbury,to chance .Hows that I graduated Washington high 1970.

It was nice to see the place I almost called home again...loved living in Somerset County,I miss the area.
