@@CreativeWorldPro haven't done this project yet, but on the single c5200 transistor... Too much dc flowing through the speaker, so it pushes the spkr diaphragm outward, causing distortion at high volumes

oh U burn speaker with DC so U put DC block cap... this is how U learn, the hard way.
but power will depend on R of power resistor.

Som horrível. O que aconteceu? Acredito que faltou realimentação positiva (base/coletor) no Transístor NPN 2SC 5200. Verifique instalando um resistor de 1K/1/8Watt..
