    This looks really tasty. I ought to cut back some on the faux meats and this could be a nice and easy replacement. Also, love the sweater.

    Oh, no, pan frying! . . . OK, no frying : ) I don't have an air fryer--I'm a low-gadget vegan who bought an Instant Pot only last year--so I will bake these. Thanks for posting!
