  • Selma Blair is embracing gratitude amid her continued health challenges. The actress shared a rare update on how she's managing her multiple sclerosis since entering remission in 2021, telling followers in a candid Instagram video on Jan. 30 that she's still navigating other physical and emotional difficulties despite her illness remaining under control. "I'm doing well," she shared. "Tired. When people say, 'What do you want to do with your life?' It still makes me sad that I just want to sleep. There's no complaining. But I don't know if I'll ever have the coordination or balance or stamina that I want to." Selma explained that she's also treating her Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a condition which affects connective tissues and can cause sufferers to have overly flexible joints so she's not able to stretch to relieve muscle discomfort. "I hurt all the time," she explained. "I say that for you people that hurt also. Like, I get it. And for all of us just aging, it hurts."

I to suffer from MS and once I started Ocravus I was able to get to a place where I wasn't so tired and stopped hurting so much. I still take two muscle relaxers and something for nerve pain (Gabapentin) but thats about it. MS and being tired go hand in hand. You ask anyone with MS and what their chief complaint is and they will always say tiredness. Since my two infusions a year I haven't felt better. Good luck Selma and I hope you get some relief. From one Warrior to another you got this

Carnviore diet is healing people with MS. There is a excellent interview vds on ch Dr Chaffee with a doctor that had MS, was in a wheel chair and healed now is ridding a bide after eating meat only.
other carnviore chs: Dr Ken berry (vd carnviore for beginners), Dr Shawn baker md podcast, no carb life, kelly hogan, homestead how (tons of interview testimonies of how healing this diet is not only with MS but other health conditions).
Library will have books on carnviore diet which is a elimination diet.

Pharmacy drugs cause body o r g a n damaged with long-term use a Susquehanna tribe biochemist proved that Pharmacy drugs are purposely bioengineered to have more side effects you should use a more natural method to help your problem I use tropican Herbal non scented pain cream and bilberry and black currants help with healing nerve damage and also River versus thyroid disease and vagus vein problems and I heard DNA reversal can reverse something that's in your DNA I don't know if Ms is in your DNA or not

I have fibromyalgia so I get it. You can't see chronic pain so people don't know how much we deal with. Your journey is inspiring ❤

Deepest sympathy. I know that one sucks. Aleve if it is safe now. Aleve worked but had a recall with a parasite that caused heart tissue damage and heart failure. I hope Aleve is safe now, it was the only working over the counter for pain. I use just aspirin and acetaminophen pm. Caution about the acetaminophen pm, frequent use seems to cause fluid around the brain. THC Jelly candy. Worked but makes you der. No bad next day on that one. Caution about THC gummies, next day sucks for underweight or heart conditions.

I feel your pain too. I also have fibromyalgia since a bad accident. It is frustrating to have chronic pain that people can't see. Especially when you have good days and some really bad days where you can hardly move.

Ehlers danlos is so confusing and lonely and it feels like no one understands sometimes, so it’s really nice to see other people speak about their own similar experiences. I wouldn’t wish this illness on anyone

You are lucky to have support. I have had women steal my money, change my medical records and make fun of me for having a limp. I kid you not. Adult bullies do not care about your medical challenges. Not to be rude but karma never loses an address so I'm good...😊

They really need pain management law in medicine. Fibromyalgia, tetanus, muscle disorder, people do not understand how much that stuff sucks really! Those people are always going to need something stronger and time release managed.
