That’s a Lowe’s issue. Only order pella from pella and only use pella installers. Hope you get it fix. Pella service has been good on our end. We have all the big window manufacturers. None are that great but the difference is who will service the product after the install. Of the big companies Pella is the only who has done so. Anderson and Marvin not much luck at all. Been waiting over a year for Marvin. Finally gave up and fixed it myself.

You are crazy. Pella is not a good company and there was a class action lawsuit on them just a few years ago because Pella burned hundreds of thousands a homeowners from the 1990s up through about 2018 selling them pro line another lines of windows that had window rot, and then it the water Rollin down the walls of houses don’t tell me about them -I have the pictures and the carpenters and other people to prove you wrong. Marvin is the best and then Anderson and then there are other window companies that are better than Pella. Pella also has steel phalanges or fins that you have to cut through with a zip tool. It takes a lot of time. Whereas Marvin and Anderson have flanges that are much easier to cut through because they are some type of strong vinyl or fiberglass. I know because I’ve done the job and I’ve got the proof so if anybody wants to know, I’ll tell you don’t by Pella. I am out thousands of dollars because pella doesn’t honor the warranty or the action lawsuit worth a damn.

There are no “Pella installers”. When you buy pillow windows, you’re not buying them from the main Pella headquarters, you’re buying them from a branch, a franchise that uses subcontractors, similar to Lowe’s

Im a Technician with Pella. Call your local pella to get a technician out. If its new under 2 years, you have a labor warranty, and they will come out free to check it out for you.

I’m having the same issues. I believe it started before the Hurricane or Tropical Storm. It wasn’t noticeable because it’s been leak between the stucco and drywall. The drywall has been wicking up the water. The heavier storms just made it more noticeable.

Not my experience. I've used Pella for decades with zero issues. Though I've never bought the cheaper vinyl windows. Vinyl windows are the only types I've had issues with. I think it may be quality differences and installation vs. the Pella brand.

@@onetakeadventureswithjoeld4679 I work for a Pella distributor in Ohio and have the product in my home. Lowes can be problematic but Pella Corp will stand behind it if it’s a product problem. If there is damage to any individual window it may or may not be covered if it’s determined to be a manufacturer problem or install created problem. Unfortunately I see lots of window damage caused by installers not doing things properly or just damaging something and trying to hide it.

First driving rain equals vertical water entry. If Lowe's installed it then it probably would not be a Pella window installer. Note that you can identify the most probable entry point. Simply fill it with a clear silicone caulk. Oh don't plug the obvious drain. Looking at mine Pella installed it has a plug
