Oh goodness! This winter has been mostly grey and dark, saw the sun only once in the past 6 weeks. I’m wearing perfumes that comfort me, like NR Pure Musc, Hiris by Hermes, and Annick Goutal’s Etoile d’une Nuit which has a lot of soft cozy Iris. I’m also craving green Tuberoses/white flowers because that scent profile is spiritual to me, makes me feel protected and blessed 😇. Have a wonderful week, Maria ❤
I do too I've had so far several depressing days it happens around this time of year for me so I use aromatherapy my scented candles and oils help but my perfumes do the most for pick me ups❤ Oh and I enjoy your channel 😊

Best imagery ever! Love the way your mind works. My happy, pick me up scents are Tocca Stella (smells like Ralph Lauren Blue and that has such great memories for me) and L’Interdit. They never fail to boost my mood on gloomy days!
That’s probably the difference between living in Canada and living in Florida. I love the beginning of the year! It feels like a reset. But it’s always a good time of year for a pick me up perfume. I agree that pink me up is uplifting and now that I can get it at a discounter, I will probably get a bottle at some point. I also find pas ce soir uplifting. I also love the smell of origins ginzing energizing gel crème. It’s such a pick me up! I’ve been wanting to try the ginger essence fragrance from origins.

It’s funny you mentioned not noticing the leather in La Belle. I put it on the other day, then got really busy. I was getting some work done and I stopped & said “why do I smell leather?”. I had forgotten what I was wearing. My husband & I had a laugh when I finally realized where the leather was coming from. 😂 The happy, pick me up fragrances that I usually reach for are Idôle Nectar by Lancôme or Wonder Woman from House of Sillage. I never tire of them & they never fail to make me smile.

I loved it but didn’t buy a full bottle as figured it was aimed at a younger age range. Maybe I’ll get it anyway ❤
We had two small snow storms all season...until yesterday. Now we are getting hit with two months of snow in just 3 days. I'm so sad because I'm NOT a winter person. We had record amounts of snow last year and it was HORRIBLE. The only way I got through it was by reminding myself that it would get us out of the drought we were in. Even before winter, we had more water than we could store in our lakes and reservoirs. Tonight we are camping out at work because it's just not safe to drive...especially with over an hour commute! I have some assorted Bath and Body Works with me along with my Vanilla 28 and Choco Musk, but no real parfums to speak of.
Jimmy Choo I Want Choo, Byron Green Butterfly, Cacharel Yes I Am! Pink me up is so much fun! I think Le Mond Gourmand Le Soda Pop is a fun escape to summer without too many florals!
My two pick me ups always connect me to my darker, sensual side. Élisire Ambre Nomade, which has the richest vanilla drydown. The queen of vanillas for me! BDK Wood Jasmine, that boozy plum with resins is so good!
Yes. I smelled the fragrance and bit myself and the bay rep couldn’t tell the difference between the old and new…maybe there would be slight differences in the dry down but to me it smelled the same. 😀

Maria don’t waste your money I just returned it .. and although it smells good but it’s a scent of Bath and Bodywork body mist quality.. I sent it back because after I tried it on after not even an hour I couldn’t even smell it . Unexceptionable for the price of 220.00 that I paid no way ..

The le petite noire was reformulation. The new intense is in a pink bottle and has a different perfumer. Still has blueberry
