    This was subtle but fantastic! I go from phases of my body locking up and this brought out a click from my left side of my neck which gave me a release of tension which was very good to feel! Definitely find this short videos very useful for when my body is worse for ware. Thank you for sharing your magic! Peace, Love and many Blessings Sistar!

    Truly a lovely practice . Such a relief to neck and shoulder tightness. Thanks from the bottom of my heart❤ . If possible, can you also make a video focused on pelvic floor strengthening for women like me in their south of 40s .

    Perfect - short but effective especially after struggling to pick 3kg of damsons that were mostly higher up so had to pull down some branches, look up a lot & pick with other hand! 🙄😬💪 🙏

    I used to go to the gym for weight lifting, but a few weeks ago, I started feeling stuck. For some reason, I lost the motivation to go to the gym and just felt tired and lazy. My body felt stiff, and my muscles were tense, so I searched for relaxing yoga and found you. I started with a 10-minute yoga session, and afterward, my body felt fantastic and relaxed.

    This is the BEST shoulder stretch I've found. It's tough to get my arms into the twisted position at the beginning, but man it feels good on my shoulders
