Are shin and Ultima the voldemorts of the Godzilla fandom and shall not be named because even though these two could destroy the universe with ease they are always left out and replaced with Earth or Burning even though NOTHING survives the red dust of Ultima except Singular Point creatures and if one cell of Shin survives multiple attacks it will evolve to counter making them just a little stronger than what I'd imagine Star would be.
