@@ChristianEatonDRZ I also have parts from Suzuki Drz400e, FCR carburetor in the vacuum version, but I can't put on the rubber connecting the airbox because I would have to eliminate the pneumothorax, any advice? Do I need to attach a sleeve to the carburetor from the air filter side?
Im not sure honestly i just got my fcr39 off of a 2003 drz400E model and threw it on my 16 400s, i do know my main jet is a 170 but i havent went any farther then that yet
@jessecrawford2711 I have a bog when I wack the throttle quick I have all the same jetting rn I did the o ring mod. My needle clip is on the middle position would changing that help the bog? I also think I should jet higher cuz i opened the whole top of the air box up and half of one side I've seen people put 170+ main jets in at similar elevation and mods done. I have some lean popping on decel so I think my pilot needs to be bigger, alot of people say to just go really big and then go down from there
That front fender is from a 2010 yamaha yz250f/450f, You need to drill 2 holes to fit it. Really updates the look of the front end and suits the bike well
man you got insane control on the back wheel. Respect
Colorado?
Guessing you mean the area? It’s Nova scotia, Canada 🇨🇦
hi!
did you change the fuel tap, the pipe leading to the airbox or did you leave the stock one?
Yup i got all the parts i needed for my fcr carb swap off of a 2003 drz400E. I used the manual petcock off it, the intake boots and the carb

You are using the DVS NEEDLE? Yes raising the needle clip 5. Have you read Taffy's areas of influence on thumpertalk
Is that the stock front fender or an aftermarket one?
