The fact that they didnt know Atlantis doesnt surprise me. Its one of those underrated great movies few have watched since its a little less disney esc than the more common disney movies.
Yeah Disney pushes a lot of its older or less successful movies under a rug (Atlantis/Great Mouse Detective which saved the Animation Dept. after Black Cauldron bombed) and focuses more on the new when it needs to show love to both old and new.
Am I the only one who realized that Meli was wearing a Love Handel shirt from one of the Phineas and Ferb episodes, where it is their parent's anniversary, and Phineas and Ferb got Love Handel back together?
The fact that both The Owl House and Atlantis got into this episode makes my heart melt. I appreciate you bringing to light animation that truly deserves more love.
OMG YES OWL HOUSE IS THERE And yes.. Owl House indeed doesn't give the normal disney feel after all ..its comedy horror and has lgbt+ I LOVE THE SHOW- And I hate Disney for cancelling it
As soon as The Owl House turned up, I knew immediately it was that (it was the staff). Still sad that it got cut because ‘it doesn’t fit the Disney brand’ I love that show ever since I saw the first episode and feel bad for the crew behind it who had to pull some strings to end it early and not show the fans what they had planned. I also liked that Dan and his daughter knew a lot more Disney, and I love Meli’s Love Handel shirt. I love Phineas and Ferb and Hamster and Gretel is good so far too. Milo Murphy’s Law was/is good too.

I LOVE Owl House! Even though I'm a 31 yr old dude it was so good and how they deal with Luz and her love interest (being cryptic as to not give any spoilers) was just awesome and I loved it.
Dan Povenmire is amazing!! I can't believe his daughter is working with him on this new Disney project! Good for them!! Also, I think some of the newer Disney films & TV shows are really good (i.e. Turning Red, Encanto, etc.)!! Also, 12:41 not Doofenshmirtz with the outro lol!! 😂
Honestly, Dan has an amazing point. When I think of Megatron and then I see Frank Welker do it, I'm like how is that Megatron it sounds just like Megatron. The voice has become that character, same with Optimus Prime, Eyor, Garfield. I hear the voice and I'm like that's Optimus, I still love Peter Cullen and Frank Welker their amazing voice actors. I did not expect Doofenshurts to look like Dan. That was cool though.
Kids being obsessed with We Don't Talk About Bruno from Encanto and I'm over here, and adult, obsessed with Pressure from Encanto, so much catchier than Bruno lol
This was such a cool episode and I enjoyed playing along! I was surprised at some of the ones people didn’t get and laughed at the “Walt was rolling over in his grave” comment. It was great to see Dan Povenmire and his daughter Meli too! The clip from Hamster and Gretel was a nice finish as well.
Atlantis and Treasure Planet... two movie just BEGGING to be remade in live action/CGI. Our current graphics and technology would make them so awesome!
These people must know The Owl House. Owl House is much better than the previous projects Disney has. Luz is the latest star of the show and she’s what will bring Disney to a better era.
My favorite era was the masterpiece era. It’s when the released the Disney movies in vhs and there boxes has the masterpiece stamp on the spine . Super thankful for my parents building the collection when I was a kid.
