Salara is actually Trinidadian & so is Bake & saltfish it’s our breakfaat food we created it and Guyanese copied it but the origin is Trinidad & Tobago.. nice review you should do Trini. Also Mauby is a drink we started in Trinidad as well a lot of things that started in Trinidad was Carried Back to Guyana in the 70’s when there was a large population of Guyanese who came to Trinidad for opportunities so many Guyanese learned and adapted to Trinibagonian culture especially a lot of our food and took it back to Guyana I just like to share some history 😊.. nice review overall

No fue queso normal, pero queso con limón. No sé cómo lo hicieron, pero tuvo sabor de limón. Entonces, pan m'as o menos dulces con queso de limón. Era rico.
