From what I've heard from my cousin who knew her, she was on the Performing Arts course in Chester, apparently she did music production or something similar in her first year. If she's now 28, that would mean she left school in 2000 and finished her A levels in 2002. So that would make her university age. From what I heard she would have actually started the Performing Arts course in 2003, but she changed courses apparently.
I think this was recorded in Wales by Soren Mounir. I know they worked with each other in Wales for a year. She would have been in university in February.
