Just received and assembled this product yesterday. Assembly instructions could be greatly improved. Unfortunately, one of the Cotter pins for a lift bar was missing so I'm having to wait to hear from someone at Ballard about supplying it. So far I have I have not been contacted. I'll update everyone. Update: Ballard staff has been very responsive and has sent out the part. I await its arrival. I was advised I could use a similarly-sized Cotter pin until then. I did so and tested the unit the first time. Man, I was really impressed. I had looked at numerous other jacks before this purchase. Because my zero turn has a weight kit installed on the front, most of them would not work as it interfered with the jack handle or other part. This works perfectly. Too early to determine long term reliability. But at this point I say great job Cory! If you could simplify the assembly instructions, provide clearer photos and language that is easily understood by uninitiated homeowners like me (instead of geared toward the professional), you would have a product second to none. I hope you have the time to read this comment. Update: I used it 3 times since purchase last October. Today it would not let down all the way and I had to back my mower off the jack. I’m am beyond upset. Further update: Ballard was quick in shipping a replacement part.

Hey I’m missing a couple of the small accessories to put my lift together can someone please get back to me
What is the weight rating on this lift? Doesn’t say on the website. I have a 1850lb commercial mower with a 72” deck.
750 almost the same as the harbor freight version
