I had progressive springs and trackerdie dampers for a while that set up is fine with 20w fork oil. The racetech set up that I run now is even better though.
Go race tech or patriot suspension springs up front man. If you don’t want to blow the bank but want the forks to stay tight the patriot dual springs will do the trick. I’ve had them on my sporty. Never blew a seal. I’m putting some in streetbob with their preload adjuster and then I’ll finally be set up to knock wheelies on her.
Now that I've finished watching the video You mentioned one of the things that I would change so we're on the same wave buddy. I'm really partial to semi dirt tires however.
do you have any video of the tick you mentioned at the start of the video? just want to hear it to be on the look out in case my sportster ever has a similar sound
I’m feeling that old school beat while showing the bike 👍🏿

Great work!!👊🏼
I'm running tracker die damper rod and race tech 95kg springs in my 2021 iron 1200 with 15" burly brand in the rear. Such a good improvement.

I did progressive monotubes in my 19 iron 1200. It’s a great bang for the buck and an awesome improvement over the factory front suspension
Nice bike only couple things I would do differently but I won't pester you with it here. It's minor it's a personal thing. 95% perfect to my taste.
