I hear you! Yet aren’t we blessed when HE shares HIS heart with us so we can pray it all back to HIM and carry whatever small part of this burden HE places on us? Those who wait upon the LORD will renew their strength, run and not be weary, walk and not faint.
@robinbanion3772 No need for any technical way to explain Him, Yahuah, just use the pretext (old Testament) and contextualize what you read. The scripture is complete. No philosophy or any academic language to explain Yahuah. He is explicitly clear of what He wants from us: Deuteronomy 12:32 NKJV [32] “Whatever I command you, be careful to observe it; you shall not add to it nor take away from it. Deuteronomy 4:2 NKJV [2] You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you. Proverbs 30:5-6 NKJV [5] Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him. [6] Do not add to His words, Lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar.
@Crowns-surround_mi21 Jesus is found in Genesis to Revelation. But just reading the Bible out of context and not asking the question: what was the message given to the reader of its time and how does it apply to today is good exegesis of the scripture.
I think acceptance of the truth is more important, the wrong interpretation comes from denial of truth. In fact interpretation is not necessary when you accept the truth. Because the scriptures interpret themselves. For example, someone may read a particular scripture that explicitly states something. And as Lex says they have preconceived ideas, and can thus deny the plain truth of that particular text, and they are forced to reinterpret it.
@robinbanion3772 EXEGESIS- Dictionary definition- "critical explanation or interpretation of a text, especially of scripture." So, this is what I am saying. Who has Yahuah given the authority to do this interpretation - Yahusha - and everything is in the scripture. I am saying we should be careful not to misinterpret YHWH because He has not given us the authority to do that. Let's just endeavor to read the Torah, the Prophets and Psalms, and the wisdoms, then we can hear Him speak and interpret Himself. We should be careful not to begin to subtly apply some philosophy to misinterpret Him. Colossians 2:8 NKJV [8] Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ.
Totally agree with everything you said! It's so important to approach the Bible with the right tools and context to really understand its message. Thanks for sharing this valuable insight!
This is so important! Even for those of us in the laity, we must allow scripture, and not Man, to lead us. Before coming to Torah, I went to a church where they believed the ministry were given a "special" interpretation of scripture. That became a point of contention when it became clear that ministers were very obviously misinterpreting scripture to "tickle the ears" of parishioners. When the purpose of churches is to re-interpret scripture in order to absolve congregants rather than lead them to repentance, churches become mere country clubs with the focus on an earthly membership rather than membership in the Kingdom of Heaven. I'm so thankful to Yah for opening my eyes to the truth!
Excellent message! Love for the truth is a safeguard against deception. HIS Word is truth. If we don’t (yet) know it well, if we’re neglecting or ignoring parts that don’t fit what we want to believe, we can easily be lead astray. HIS Word trains us to discern the difference between right and “almost right."
That is correct we want you all to interpret the Bible correctly which includes understanding that the Mosaic law was only intended for a period of time for Israel and not for the Gentiles
This is my first time coming across this channel. I love its premise. I will subscribe. I hope it proves to live up to its premise. I have undone so many things, and the more i read the scriptures, the more i see that there is to undo. I am so wary of doctrines now. The moment i hear "the doctrine of the..." my internal alarm begins. 😅 I am also wary of the seminary-learned.
Almighty and Alpowerful God said, I am against the pastors, Ezekiel 34:10, Jeremiah 23:1, so you can keep believing a pastor if you want to; but JesusChrist is from the streets, not inside like your pastors of today, twisting scriptures, to please his own angels, yes Satan lives in man, showing himself that he is God!, and millions of people think that Satan is talking to them about God, No, no his spirit is also in flesh and blood, showing that he is God, and there's nothing new under the sun.
Ive been discussing the law with someone over a period of weeks. No matter how many scriptures i show him he sticks to his deception. This is proof that the scriptures are veiled to most people. Rev 12.9
- Regarding Acts 10:28, we can strictly see there that we should not call any man unclean. Using reasoning it is clear to me that someone who eats unclean food is included here - they should also not be called unclean. Also, one verse below the one you mentioned Hebrews 13:9, is interesting mention regarding foods - The Bible is not all about Jesus although Jesus our Lord and Savior, is fulfilling the will of His Father YHWH, and Father's will is the main theme. The Bible is the letter from the Father to us
How I wish we all kept the scripture as it is .. keep sabbath, laws and commandments ,practice the feasts and do away with Xmas,Easter and other unscriptural traditions
There is a religion that has fulfilled all your written request on this page., the question is will you open the door and talk with them the next time they knock on your door😊❓ the only thing they don't do is keep feast. If you looking for a Christian religion first thing you may need to recognize is that you do not have to keep feast, there is no feast that is commanded to be kept, unless you count the last supper the memorial of Jesus death. Beyond that Christianity does not demand that we keep feast.
@ and Feast is a command ..Yahushua/j.c kept all feast and also his disciples after he was dead kept all feast..Luke 22:8-28 ::1 Corinthians 5:6-8 Acts 20:6, so I don’t know which follower of Messiah doesn’t keep feast..the only thing done away from the feast is the sacrificial
@ maybe not .. please show me a scripture supporting that.. I rest on sabbath and resume work after sabbath..Matthew 28:1 explained when it end and Luke 23:54 showed the beginning..
I have been. I'm trying to learn. The Bible for about 25 years. I've been to numerous churches trying to find one that was right for me. I've talked to many preachers trying to understand scripture. And usually get absolutely no help from listening to your short sermon today. Teaching whatever that I would be best to just put my Bible on a shelf for a couple of years until people figured out what they want to try to convey. From. Your own mouth today, you said. That I cannot believe what I understand the bible to say
Hello @bellywooton, from your comment I gather you were discouraged. Please consider that in 25 years you have learned a lot though it may not feel that way. Learning is not just head knowledge but heart knowledge, how you live your life differently by growing in relationship with The Most High. We are allowed to critically evaluate what others may teach us (we can consider Acts 17:11). Finding fellowship can be tricky but please consider to pray daily for what you need and to invite the Almighty God, YHWH, to teach you and help you to better understand. Don't give up! To consider: James 1:5-6, Psalm 25:4-5, Genesis 32:24-29, Jeremiah 31:31-34, Ephesians 6:10-18
"1 AND now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you. 2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, says Yahuah Tseva'oth, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart." Mal`Akiy (Malachi) 2:1-2 את Cepher
all i need is prayer and a bible. i don't need anyone to tell me how to interpret the bible. especially if they are pushing redundant old testament laws.
I love the example you just used about the devil tempting. Jesus and for us not to be confused that we can jump off a building and not get hurt. However, satan was speaking to Jesus and Jesus can jump off a building and not get hurt.

@ That’s a great question,….to me it matters. Does the word of our Father matter to you? I am sure you would say yes. So I would hope that what the Almighty describes his creation to be would matter to you. I only wonder why it is there and if you believe in a heliocentric model/view.
I am still waiting for an answer! If people go to hell without being judged then once the are judged do they get thrown back in hell. Can anyone answer me I need to know. No offense
no... everyone dies and goes to sheol/hades/the grave (the place of the dead) and await the resurrection. Some are given eternal life, and others are cast into the lake of fire and die the second death.
We are. Exodus 20:8-11 says "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it."
@wendyjvh there are a lot of ordnances given to the Jews that do not apply to us. Remember that the NT says "do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day."
@@dotticus be willing and humble to ask God to show you the true meaning of that scripture re: eating,, drinking. new moons and sabbaths..it is not what most of us were taught in Christian churches over the last 100 + years..I suggest listening to Andrew Le Cair outside the camp on TH-cam, Sean Griffith Kingdom in Context, Or Hanging on His Word..all these men have grown up in Christian denominations and have been lead out of blinded teaching to the Truth of scripture thru honest seeking..from personal experience, I can say the blessing of the journey are far more than holding to dead doctrinal interpretation of men.
@dotticus You realize there were multiple "sabbaths" in the various ceremonies of the Jews? For example the day of atonement (Yom Kippur) was always a "sabbath", regardless of what day of the week it fell on. Also, there were multiple laws. One was the law of God written with His own finger in stone. Another is the ceremonial law written on parchment that defined how the sanctuary service and various ceremonies were to take place. The verse quoted above was from the law written in stone. Also, the Sabbath that law referred to was started at creation, long before Moses existed.
I didn't teach that you need to keep the Sabbath... The Bible teaches that we are supposed to keep the Sabbath. It's not my teaching, it comes from the Word of God.
@ that’s what I do usually but John 1:1 there is so many different interpretations which one is the correct one? Well I believe God will help me answer that out when I keep reading it over and over
Just take what it says at face value. It doesn't get any simpler than that. There is no need to interpret it. There are presently 2 Beings who have existed for eternity as God: the Word/Spokesman(the God who became Jesus) and the God who became the Father. 2 God Beings. No trinity, no co-equal beings, and no nonsense about the Holy Spirit being God.
@theeternalsbeliever1779 that the Holy Spirit is God is no nonsense. In *2 Corrinthians **3:17* Paul wrote that *the Lord is the Spirit* and that where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom. In verse 18 Paul also states that the Lord is the Spirit.

I'm reposting this because I posted it on another presentation, but it seems to have been taken down. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENT? Lex! John 3:16, KJV vs NIV carries contextually different meanings. And both cannot be correct! "should" in the KJV is swapped out for "shall". The words of The Christ irrefutably support "should" as in not guaranteed. The NIV is dangerously misleading! Matthew 7:21 clearly is a statement to whoever believes..."Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven". It's also dangerous that many who seem to put more faith in what Paul said, as opposed to accepting the words and direction of Jesus, simply believe believing in Jesus is a ticket to heaven. By the way, I'm certain that Matthew 7:21 lets us all know about the importance of works/acts. Even Paul acknowledged the wages of sin is death. Isn't sin evil works/sinful acts and disobedience? What's wrong with me believing that EVERYONE who says we're not judged by works, if the wages of sin is death, are either misunderstanding or being misled?! I've tried to find in The Scriptures where it says we will be judged according to our faith, but I haven't found it yet. However, multiple entries tell us we'll be judged by our works. OF COURSE! This still relates to faith! Or lack thereof, and the two on which all ten hinge, loyalty and MAYBE 30 or 40 other things The Christ told us. BW
Jesus said, Whatever or Nothing that enters to your mouth does not DEFILE you (read Mark 7:14-19 & Matthew 15:17-20). So what does it mean "Nothing or Whatever"?
What was the CONTEXT of those passages?? HandWashing vs not HandWashing. Nothing about Unclean foods. Reread it. Also Christ did say thus making all things clean, the author inserted that.
@@badonlikoy5571 Mark 7:2 And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled👈🏾👈🏾👈🏾👈🏾that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault. The contention was UNWASHED “DEFILED HANDS” because it was a tradition to wash your hands before you eat. Has nothing to do what outlawed foods.
@@marcusg6904 so what does whatever or nothing mean? This is not just about not handwashing. And what does God said to Noah? Read Genesis 9 :3. And in Leviticus 11, God said to Moses, tell the Istraelites people, but God never said to Moses, tell all the people. So I'm not an Istraelites.
@@badonlikoy5571 Whatever or nothing means anything yet in CONTEXT in that particular verse it’s referring to UNCLEAN HANDS and Traditions. All you have to do is read. Please answer my question below directly as I did yours. Also since you want to be hyper literal let’s see what this scripture says. Phil 4:13 I can do ALL ALL ALL ALL things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Can we say ALL THINGS include NOT eating unclean foods?
Col. 2:16 is an exhortation to true Christians to not allow anyone outside of the Church to judge them for _how_ they observe God's festivals. That needs to be emphasized, because it is a common misconception that Paul is saying Christians don't have to observe them. Whether or not it had to be done was never the issue. The issue was that Christians in Colosse and Laodicea were persecuted for observing God's festivals according to His instructions.
This question fits in with what Lex was teaching about. Keep reading... What does Colossians 2:17 say those days are about? Col 2:17 things which are only a shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ. Is pork the substance of Christ? What about shellfish? What about pagan rituals/holidays that the Church repurposed to Christian holidays? Jesus never broke the law of God nor did He ever tell anyone to do so. If Paul is telling people to break the law of God, according the same scriptures Paul, Peter, and the rest of the disciples taught from, we are not to follow Paul. See Deuteronomy 13. It is clear the Church has misunderstood Paul here and twisted his words. Paul is telling the Colossians to follow God's holy days, dietary laws, Sabbath day, etc... Those are the things of Christ not pork, shellfish, Easter, etc... and not to let others judge them for doing so.
Personally, THE most important question is :- What must I do to enter Heaven ? Anyone want to answer that quickly & simply ? eg An unbeliever is dying in front of you. What would you tell them ?
Acts 15:24 24 Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment: Acts 15:28-29 28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; 29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
Acts 15:1-5 "And going down from Judea, some taught the brothers, saying, unless you are circumcised in the manner of the Torah, you cannot be saved. Then dissension and not a little disputation with them having taken place by Paul and Barnabas, they appointed Paul and Barnabas and some others of them to go up into Jerusalem to the apostles and elders concerning this question. The congregation conducted and sent them. And they journeyed in all Phoenicia and also Samaria as they related about the reconciliation of the Gentiles. And they caused great joy to all the brethren. And having arrived in Jerusalem, they were welcomed by the congregation and the apostles and the elders. And they reported what things Elohim did with them. But some of those rose up from the sect of the Pharisees who had believed, saying, It is necessary to circumcise them in order to keep the Law of Moses..." Acts 15:17-21 "So that YAHWEH will seek the remainder of mankind and all the nations, those who My name is called over them, said YAHWEH who made all these things. The works of YAHWEH are known from eternity. For this reason I judge not to trouble those from the nations turning to YAHWEH, but to write to them to hold back from the pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and blood. For in every city from ancient generations Moses has those proclaiming Him, having been read in the synagogues on every Sabbath." Context is very important. Those from the Circumcision sect, a division of the Pharisees, taught that a person must be circumcised according to the Torah, i.e., on the eighth day after birth, in order to be saved. The apostles argued that scripture revealed it was Yah's intention to carry the gospel of the Kingdom to the Gentiles to seek disciples out of every nation. It was impossible for adult Gentiles to be circumcised on the eighth day of life as instructed in the Torah. The apostles determined that the first expectations for Gentile proselytes was to refrain from pagan practices (idolatry, fornication, and eating things strangled and blood) in keeping with the first commandment (Deut. 6:5; Deut. 10:12; Deut. 11:13; Deut. 30:16) which was a prerequisite for entering the Tent of Meeting/Temple of Yah (Lev. 17:10-14; Lev. 18:1-30; Exodus 34:15; Deut. 12:16-25; Gen. 9:4). Per James, the proselytes had opportunity to further learn the teachings of the Torah in the synagogues (Acts 15:21).
Reading to learn with fresh eyes sounds great, but it's an impossible task for Christians. I'll explain. (In the Christian world view) 1. Jesus is the conclusion of the entire Bible, therefore, all those details are not so important bc at the end of it all, the only thing that matters is JC. 2. The Bible itself has labled and divided the book into the ‘Old’ and ‘New’ book, this automatically puts people in the mindset that the ‘Old’ is not as important, and to focus on the New - leading back to the whole idea that JC is the focus and not knowing the stories is okay, bc havig JC is enough. You admit that Christians are interpreting (assuming) that the entire Hebrew Bible is about JC (of course JC is in the Greek books, the question is about the Jewish scriptures). As long as Christians think JC is in the Hebrew Bible, they won't study it. Interesting right? If you don't have to work to get money, why would you put in the work? People already have a conclusion about the Bible, this is why that conclusion drives interpretation.
Matthew 15:13-20 KJV [13] But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. [14] Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. [15] Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable. [16] And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding? [17] Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? [18] But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. [19] For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: [20] these are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man. The division of the clean and unclean animals were not because they were unclean to eat, but the nature of them as seen in man and how to be, how we digest information correctly before speaking against it, and how you seperate your walk with GOD and not against Him. Men who act like scavengers have nothing to give you, yet you have everything to feed them, the light that they need not to be scavengers.

Manna was used to test the Israelites whether they would keep His commandments. Exodus 16. 4 chalters before the 10 commandments were wtitten in stone by Jesus. Proof the commandments were in force before the mount Sinai covenant
how do you know what the Canon of Scripture is, when you only received these Scriptures from the Orthodox Church, who's Counsels composed the Canon? this same Church who's teachings and Traditions you reject?
@Szpak-123 That is YOUR words, not scripture. The word shepherd in Hebrew is ra'ah, which means to tend to a flock. In Greek, it is poimen which means to protect, to feed. Oddly enough, none of them define it as a pastor. Matthew 23 shows that we are all equal and that there is only 1 great one and 1 Messiah.
If Christians were to do as you tell them where they do it all on their very own with the help of God's holy spirit. Where they never get involved in any Christian religion. Not even the one that truly is led by God's holy spirit and has servants of the lord that are working hard to feed his people. This is not good because then Christians wouldn't be united in the world on all matters of faith and Christian living. When Jesus prayed to his father for his disciples to remain united in their worship. My religion does let the bible lead us in all matters of faith, worship, and Christian living. While it is true that the Hebrew writing had prophecies about Jesus. And the New testament has teachings about Jesus. Still there is more to learn than about Jesus. Christians learn about his father Yahweh (Jehovah). Plus you have Christian living, passages that help families fulfill their God assigned role in the family along with many other things concerning Christian living. Then you have history in the pages of the bible as well. You also see how Yahweh treated his people in bible times and so much more. the bible is a guidebook that will help guide those that want to be guided by Yahweh into that kingdom either in heaven or on the earth. Jesus' disciples are to preach the good news of God's kingdom. You might think that Jesus is Yahweh but he is not Yahweh. The trinity is a false teaching.

@@billywalker21 I am sure you will agree that the God is all knowing. The trinity teaches that all three persons that make up the trinity are equal in every way. Meaning they are all knowing, all powerful, etc... Let's see if the bible agrees with that line of reasoning. Matthew 24:36; "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." Son here in this verse refers to Jesus since it is capitalized in the middle of the sentence instead of at the beginning of the sentence. Now if Jesus is indeed God and knows the day and hour then he and the bible are lying which means it is not God's word. Or, as I believe, Jesus is telling the truth and he didn't know the day or the hour when on the earth which means he cannot be equal to God. There is an ending to Star Trek the Next Generation episode Deja Q where Q loses his powers and becomes a mortal human being for almost the entire episode. Then near the end he does something that is a bit unselfish that restores him to the continuum. But before being restores he talks to the Q that was watching him the entire time. That renegade Q says; "I have learned my lesson." The other Q says; "You do know who you are talking too all knowing all seeing." Relating it to the trinity if Christ is not all knowing all seeing then he cannot be equal to God nor can he be God almighty. Next line of reasoning is if Jesus is indeed God then he worships himself. John 20:17 he tells Mary to stop clinging to him. Telling her to go to his brothers and tell them he is ascending to his father and their father to his God and their God. Here he calls his father his God. But he is suppose to be equal to God in every way. A God man on earth. So this means he is worshiping himself because he is calling himself God almighty which is the one he worships and servers. Final line of evidence if the three temptations are true then the bible is once again in error. James 1:13 teaches that God cannot be tempted by evil. It would also mean that if Jesus was God Satan was wasting his time trying to tempt the almighty God. Since I say the temptations are true then it means that Jesus cannot be God almighty. That is just three lines of reasoning.
@@MrGilfred I do agree God is all knowing. In fact, I pretty much agree with all you wrote. I'm not sure all denominations who believe in the Trinity view The Father, Jesus, and The Holy Ghost are equal. I think most believe the three, The Godhead all DO indeed represent God...The Godhead. I believe those three exist! But two can only do what the one, The Father, God says. If I believe in the three, I believe in The Trinity. And I don't believe anything I just wrote is heresy, or worse.
@@billywalker21 God has a name and no it isn't just God or Lord. Those are titles, the almighty god's name is Yahweh (Jehovah) and the son has a name which is Jesus. But the holy spirit is nameless. I am sure all other religions that have deities would say that those deities spirit is holy so holy spirit is just a title not a name. The bible teaches that God has named everything that exists in outer space. But yet the third person of the trinity remains nameless, why? That is because God's holy spirit is God's active force. His power instead of a person. I know you will say that the holy spirit does things that only a person can do. But then again I have to ask are you willing to limit God's ability to use his almighty supernatural power to do what a person could do. Meaning that God' couldn't decree that person x would receive knowledge of subject y by means of God's raw supernatural power. Instead according to you it has to be a person that does that. If so, then you are limiting what God can do and does.
Genesis 2: 2 and 3. Exodus 20 including v 10. ..the Seventh Day is the Sabbath of Yehovah. Exodus 23: 12. Exodus 31: 15 and 16. Exodus 35: 2. Leviticus 23: 3. Those are 7 Scriptures commanding the 7th Day Sabbath. 🔸Matthew 5: 18. Not One. Those cited as permission to do otherwise do not say nor mean that. For example, Acts 20: 7 refers to the yearly Shavuot/Pentecost commanded in Leviticus 23. But the 7th Day is the Sabbath of Yehovah..
If a true God wanted any denominations REinterpitation God would have written it to that way 1000’s of years ago. The only reason people REinterpret the text is because it doesn’t say what they want as written! This happens in many false religions not just Christianity!
This was by far an excellent piece of work, but only up to a certain point. The entire Bible is not solely about Yeshua. It does point towards Him and what he did for us all, but it is not all about him. Jesus expounded on scriptures that pertained to him. He did not tell his disciples that everything was about him. I do agree that many of the stories point towards Yeshua and I am not trying to degrade him in the least. I just wanted to point out that you started overgeneralizing. Using blanket terms. A question I would like to put forth. Why do the Jews still not accept Yeshua and why do they look for another? What scriptures are pointing them towards someone else other than Yeshua? Too many Christians are quick to shoot them down by saying that there is only Yeshua and that they should be ashamed for believing anything else. But None of them will ask the Jew, why they believe in another Messiah to come. Ask around. You can't understand someone else if you never try to understand. Beating them down with your beliefs is not trying to understand them. Remember, they study mostly the OT. So what in the OT points towards someone other than Yeshua?
With this kind of thinking...if one comes from a place of knowing nothing and can't know anything....pne will never know anything...cuz everyone has an opinion and all the denomination think tanks claim that they are the teachers God has ordained. While Jesus prayed for His disciples to be on the same page with Him as He is with the Father....but then how many "oneness" groups claim that they have God in them and they can do the things God can as they become "little g gods"... THEN you have the TULIP people..rightly showing how the WOF faith people and their "faith filled words" are manipulation of the Bible....but then the TULIP people claim that people HAVE to be enlightened BEFORE a positive response can happen and while Jesus said that there was no other way but for man to be born again... the wrongly interpreted "elect" get a free pass and are forced to have faith...while the rest of image bearers are thrown into the pit of hell for eternity...while Jesus asked for the forgiveness of sin of the ignorant....The "real" story is the that God and Jesus didn't truly love the world? Creating an Author of confusion from the Bible which states that the Holy Spirit convicts the sinner...before being the Comforter...while the stone heart becomes flesh and sanctification starts... Starting people off at a total depravity trajectory seems fitting for those that God saved from some lottery that even He doesn't know...cuz ahe searches the earth looking for those that worship in spirit and truth... I can see why people walk out of churches...when the gov't and church seem to be in competition to keep the lights on... I'll continue to read the Bible, test the spirits, take all thoughts captive...and be labeled a dissenter by all that don't agree with what the Bible seems to clearly teach. Jesus claimed to have PLENTY to teach...if people were willing. God's Only Son Permits Eternal Life! 😇🙏💪
I've been in this battle for quite a while and I think your words are nothing more than wasted spit. Pastors have not been taught to listen for the guidance of the Holy Spirit. So they are not practiced at it. They have been taught to follow the guidance of those with degrees. Thus they teach church orthodoxy instead of the Bible. If Jesus showed up in jeans at their churches, they would refuse to let him speak to the people. Telling them, "Don't misinterpret the Bible" means nothing because they have already been taught what is the right interpretation. If your understanding is different, then you are the one who is misinterpreting the scripture. How do we break through to them? If we look at history, the answer is clear. The end of Judaism, the end of Catholicism; their ends came about because God stepped in to replace them.
@unlearnthelies what's not a real word? Yasharel? It is a real word. It's the actual Hebrew name for Isreal. With your response, I says all that I need to know. I would suggest you do some real Bible study.
So what you are saying is that everyone should chuck 2000 years of trials, life experience, and knowledge for your opinion of what the Bible says. Interesting.
@ well how do you do that? As someone opens their mouth they start spewing their opinions no matter who it is. Have you ever changed your mind on what scripture says? Are you at the point where your mind won’t change ever again? Are you still learning from your mistakes? I am not as holy as I wish to be. Should I read the Bible for myself and come up with my own conclusion? It seems like this is how Martin Luther got his start. A lot of them stopped, listening to him and read the Bible for themselves.
MAN cannot interpret "non-living words on paper" that a "Living" God has Spoken. ONLY God who is "Living" can "interpret" the very words He has Spoken & Reveal them to us, BY HIS SPIRIT. (Genesis 40:8) (Proverbs 1:23) (Deuteronomy 8:3) (John 14:26) (John 16:13)(2nd Peter 1:20,21) (1 John 2:27).
Brother, you have that globe behind you. Re-read Genesis 1. EXEGESIS *****FIRMAMENT**** Know your Bible!! Study to show thyself approved!! Genesis 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the DEEP(H8415 TEHOM) . And the Spirit of God moved upon the FACE of the waters. What are these waters? H8415 Tehom primeval ocean, deep, Genesis 1:7 And God made the FIRMAMENT, and divided the waters which were under the FIRMAMENT from the waters which were above the FIRMAMENT: and it was so. What was the the purpose of the FIRMAMENT in this verse? Dividing the Tehom( the celestial waters). What about the canopy theory..didn’t the firmament disappear after the flood?🤔 No!👇🏻 Psalm 148:4 Praise him, ye heaven of heaven, and ye WATERS that be ABOVE the heaven. ☝🏻King David spoke these words 3000 years after creation which is 1000 years after the flood recognizing the waters still above the firmament. 2 Esdras 6:41 Upon the second day thou made the spirit of the FIRMAMENT, and commanded it to divide, and to make a division between the WATERS, that the one part might go up, and the other remain beneath. Even the apocryphal books tell you exactly what the firmament is. Isn’t it strange that the apocrypha was removed from the KJV after 1669? Genesis 7:11 In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the FOUNTAINS of the GREAT DEEP broken up, and the WINDOWS OF HEAVEN were opened. Genesis 8:2 The FOUNTAINS also of the DEEP and the WINDOWS OF HEAVEN were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained; Psalms 104:6 Thou coveredst it (the earth) with the DEEP(H8415 TEHOM) as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains. The celestial ocean (H8415 Tehom) came through the literal windows of the firmament. Jubilees 5:23-26 And he entered in the sixth (year) thereof, [1308 A.M.] in the second month, on the new moon of the second month, till the sixteenth; and he entered, and all that we brought to him, into the ark, and the Lord closed it from without on the seventeenth evening. And the Lord opened SEVEN FLOODGATES OF HEAVEN, And the MOUTHS of the FOUNTAINS of the GREAT DEEP, SEVEN MOUTHS IN NUMBER. And the FLOODGATES began to POUR DOWN WATER FROM HEAVEN forty days and forty nights, And the FOUNTAINS of the DEEP also SENT UP WATERS, until the whole world was FULL of WATER. And the waters increased upon the earth: Fifteen cubits did the waters rise above all the high mountains, And the ark was lift up above the earth, And it moved upon the FACE of the waters. Even the book of Jubilees explains what happened at the flood with the literal windows of the firmament opening. Again, strange it was removed from most canons. Genesis 8:3 And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated. Where did the flood waters go?? Jubilees 5:34 And (on the new moon) in the fourth month the FOUNTAINS of the GREAT DEEP were closed and the FLOODGATES OF HEAVEN were restrained; and on the new moon of the seventh month all the MOUTHS OF THE ABYSSES of the earth were OPENED, and the WATER began to descend into the DEEP below. Again, Jubilees tells you they went out of the fountains below. Genesis 1:8 And God called the FIRMAMENT ****Heaven.**** And the evening and the morning were the second day. 14 And God said, Let there be lights in the FIRMAMENT(H7549 - rāqîa) of the heaven(H8064 - šāmayim) to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: 15 And let them be for lights in the FIRMAMENT of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. KNOW WHAT THE BIBLE TEACHES AND KNOW WHAT SCIENCE CONTRADICTS THE BIBLE. 1 Timothy 6:20 O Timothy, guard what has been entrusted to you. Avoid profane babbling and the absurdities of so-called science. FIRMAMENT in Hebrew is H7549 raqia. Something solid. Read Blue Letter Bible Lexicons definition. Firmament (of vault of heaven supporting waters above) considered by Hebrews as solid and supporting 'waters' above
This pastor twisting scripture to coincide with his sabbath belief 😁 Romans 14: [14]I am convinced, being fully persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean in itself. But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for that person it is unclean.
Read a few verses up. ROMAN 14:2 For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth HERBS HERBS HERBS HERDS. The dispute between the brethren was eating meat vs vegetarian. Ever heard of the Essenes?? Look up their diet.
The Bible interprets itself. There is no private interpretation (2 Peter 1:20). The Bible means exactly what it says! Jesus Christ Himself inspired the writing of the Bible, He alone can break the seals of its prophetic meaning (Revelation 5)
Always find it curious that when speaking English people are wanting to use the Hebrew language instead of the English name of Jesus, but when they say Lord they say Lord instead of the Hebrew pronunciation for Lord. So is this your personal interpretation?
People do tend to mix the Hebrew names with anglicized versions. The name Jesus is actually the Latin transliteration of Y'shua, but was originally Iesus. The letter J didn't come into use in the English language until the 16th century. In Hebrew, Y'shua means the salvation of Yah. In English Bibles, LORD has been substituted for the Hebrew letters YHWH indicating the name of our Creator. Neither Lord nor God are personal names, but titles. I had no idea about these distinctions until just a few years ago. It was a bit awkward at first making these transitions, but it's so wonderful knowing that our Messiah's name has meaning and that our Creator has a name! To me, calling Yah "God" or "Lord" is the equivalent of calling an employer "Boss" instead of by their name. It's far less personal. I have seen several variations of the personal names for our Creator and our Messiah, with varying explanations of why people use the names they do. I acknowledge I don't know with certainty which is correct and perhaps we won't know until our Messiah returns to the earth in his glory. For now, I prefer to use forms that most people in our community recognize. But, like you, I would prefer to see more consistency rather than mixing the Hebrew with Latinized, Grecian and anglicized versions of the names. Shalom!
@@karenp.2316 I also don't use lord or god. I use the Hebrew names, even use Iyob for "job". If someone wants to know the fake names, I will translate . ❤
It's easy, learn rightly dividing the word of truth. Learn the revelation of the mystery given to Paul. Where in the new testament are we commanded to build alters or church buildings. The trinity is not scriptural. The Godhead is scriptural and they're not the same. The trinity was invented by Tertullian a catholic Jesuit. Catholicism has been a lie from the very beginning because Jesus never founded a state run religion.
Why don’t you tell that to the Adventist pastors who preach their blasphemous prophet Ellen G. White on the pulpit. I’m sure you know the very sordid history of Ellen G. White. How she was a plagiarist and a downright liar
@ I am in tears with this joyful response I fully agree with you couldn’t have said it better. Adventist have made Ellen G. White the savior instead of Jesus Christ
He came as a Hebrew speaking Hebrew to Hebrews. He has 1 name. His name is not a Greek word. His name is not Jesus. His name is not Jesus Yeshua. His name is not Yeshua Jesus. 🌿His name is Yeshua🌿 It is to insult Savior Yeshua by calling Him by a Greek word not rightfully associated with Him. It is right to educate listeners of Yeshua's name rather than insult Him by ascribing to Him the man-applied false name.
The heart deceiveth… I don’t know. I was born into a world where the Bible already existed. I leaned on my own understanding and realized I needed proper guidance. I’ve seen it through a non-denominational lens, Calvinist lens, and Catholic lens… Catholic lens has showed me its richness in truth.
The Catholic lens is the only one that matters because it’s the Sole authorized Church to do so. The Bible simply does not interpret itself. That’s why he gave us the Church. Your humility is false.
@ That is absolutely irrelevant. Christ promised His Church would withstand even the gates of Hell. No one can destroy what Christ created, and no one has the authority to create any other Church.
Happy and Blessed Sabbath everyone ❤ from Australia.
Happy and blessed everyday!😊
A joy to hear you speak this truth. Often my heart mourns over this issue. Becomes exhausting by multiple degrees.
I hear you! Yet aren’t we blessed when HE shares HIS heart with us so we can pray it all back to HIM and carry whatever small part of this burden HE places on us? Those who wait upon the LORD will renew their strength, run and not be weary, walk and not faint.
Jesus said don't call anyone teacher, you only have one teacher . Jesus taught what you eat cannot defile you
Tack!
Dispensationalism is highly guilty of eisegesis
Exegesis for understanding of Scripture is so important, and anything less allows the blind man to continue to remain blind.
@robinbanion3772 No need for any technical way to explain Him, Yahuah, just use the pretext (old Testament) and contextualize what you read. The scripture is complete. No philosophy or any academic language to explain Yahuah. He is explicitly clear of what He wants from us:
Deuteronomy 12:32 NKJV
[32] “Whatever I command you, be careful to observe it; you shall not add to it nor take away from it.
Deuteronomy 4:2 NKJV
[2] You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
Proverbs 30:5-6 NKJV
[5] Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.
@robinbanion3772 EXEGESIS- Dictionary definition- "critical explanation or interpretation of a text, especially of scripture."
So, this is what I am saying.
Colossians 2:8 NKJV
[8] Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ.
New king James version is heresy@@Crowns-surround_mi21
Thank you ! This is a very important message. 😊
Thank you, Lex.
Romans 14:20-23, Do not destroy the work of GOD for the sake of food. All food is clean.
Excellent insight. Thank you for the lesson.
You have Walked a long Path Brother. Thank God. Be blessed. Peace and love from Josef, Loud Cry Ministries, Czech Republic
Thanks ❤I just posted a similar teaching on how the modern church misinterprets Paul's writings-- to their own destruction, as Peter says.
That is correct we want you all to interpret the Bible correctly which includes understanding that the Mosaic law was only intended for a period of time for Israel and not for the Gentiles
4:06 AMEN!!! Thank You Brother!!!
ummm Paul literally destroys your dietary laws unless you ignore his letters.
This was good, thank you! Thank you for keeping your teachings concise, to the point, and scriptural.
Very important video, well done.
thanks so much, i've run into false teachers before but didn't know how to put it into words,
On point, brother.
I am also wary of the seminary-learned.
Amen. The Bible is about Jesus/Yeshua. Confirmed. Sometimes we forget. God bless.
I'm loving the shorter and targeted teachings and that they are available to everyone. Well done. Thank you!
Rev 12.9
Yes, integrity in the word of God is all important. Those who do not will face serious consequences.
Great teaching ❤the truth ❤
Good job Lex
- Regarding Acts 10:28, we can strictly see there that we should not call any man unclean. Using reasoning it is clear to me that someone who eats unclean food is included here - they should also not be called unclean. Also, one verse below the one you mentioned Hebrews 13:9, is interesting mention regarding foods
- The Bible is not all about Jesus although Jesus our Lord and Savior, is fulfilling the will of His Father YHWH, and Father's will is the main theme. The Bible is the letter from the Father to us
Thank you for enlightened teaching Shabbat Shalom 🙏🇺🇸
@ the good thing is YHWH needs no religion..he just needs you to follow his law and commandments that’s it
@ and Feast is a command ..Yahushua/j.c kept all feast and also his disciples after he was dead kept all feast..Luke 22:8-28 ::1 Corinthians 5:6-8 Acts 20:6, so I don’t know which follower of Messiah doesn’t keep feast..the only thing done away from the feast is the sacrificial
@@BobEvans-InGkenyaif you start your workweek on Monday and rest on Saturday you’re breaking the law

Sorry, you sound Berry confused.or at least your english...

all i need is prayer and a bible. i don't need anyone to tell me how to interpret the bible. especially if they are pushing redundant old testament laws.
Exactly right. A bible and prayer is all you need. The rest is man made. Pray in the spirit for guidance and God will show you the way.
I love the example you just used about the devil tempting. Jesus and for us not to be confused that we can jump off a building and not get hurt. However, satan was speaking to Jesus and Jesus can jump off a building and not get hurt.

Nice globe in the back ground, do you believe in the heliocentric model? Curious, thanks. Shalom
Does it matter either way?
@
That’s a great question,….to me it matters.
Does the word of our Father matter to you? I am sure you would say yes.
So I would hope that what the Almighty describes his creation to be would matter to you.
I only wonder why it is there and if you believe in a heliocentric model/view.
Yes don't misinterpret the Bible like many pastors do by lying about the TITHE
I am still waiting for an answer! If people go to hell without being judged then once the are judged do they get thrown back in hell. Can anyone answer me I need to know. No offense
no... everyone dies and goes to sheol/hades/the grave (the place of the dead) and await the resurrection. Some are given eternal life, and others are cast into the lake of fire and die the second death.
Hello Lex,
Have you misinterpreted any scripture? e.g. Mal. 3.
I think everyone misinterprets the Bible at times. We are human and we all make mistakes. We just need to keep trying to do better.
Interesting coming from a teacher who says we are required to keep the Sabbath
We are. Exodus 20:8-11 says "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it."
How should I interpret John 1:1 without my own interpretation?
One of the ways to interpret a verse the correct way is to read the following verses.

Very true,every one's religions name.
By the way, I'm certain that Matthew 7:21 lets us all know about the importance of
works/acts.
BW
I agree that there are issues with different translations, but I don't think it is a conspiracy to corrupt the Bible. I think people make mistakes.

So what does Colossians 2:16 actually mean then lex..i mean it says don't pass judgment on food or drink or festivals you know, so??
Personally, THE most important question is :-
What must I do to enter Heaven ?
Anyone want to answer that quickly & simply ?
eg An unbeliever is dying in front of you.
What would you tell them ?
"Repent, and believe the gospel." Or as Jesus preached in every town He went, "Repent! For the kingdom of God is near."
@@sjking1111 Do you have the verses where Christ through Paul teaches that ?
After years of careful study, I have perfect theology. However, the scope of my studies is soteriology. That I'm certain of. 😆
Acts 15:24
24 Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:
Acts 15:28-29
28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;
29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well.
But some of those rose up from the sect of the Pharisees who had believed, saying, It is necessary to circumcise them in order to keep the Law of Moses..."
Acts 15:17-21 "So that YAHWEH will seek the remainder of mankind and all the nations, those who My name is called over them, said YAHWEH who made all these things. The works of YAHWEH are known from eternity. For this reason I judge not to trouble those from the nations turning to YAHWEH, but to write to them to hold back from the pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and blood. For in every city from ancient generations Moses has those proclaiming Him, having been read in the synagogues on every Sabbath."
Context is very important.
Matthew 15:13-20 KJV
[13] But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.

PASTORS BEWARE: There is no such thing as a pastor in scripture.
pastor=shepherd
shepherd=pastor

Will there be a McDonalds in heaven?

Go to the "True Jesus Church."
The end of Judaism, the end of Catholicism; their ends came about because God stepped in to replace them.

not at all... I'm saying we need to get rid of opinions about the Bible, and look at what the Bible actually says.
@ well how do you do that? As someone opens their mouth they start spewing their opinions no matter who it is. Have you ever changed your mind on what scripture says? Are you at the point where your mind won’t change ever again? Are you still learning from your mistakes? I am not as holy as I wish to be. Genesis 1:7 And God made the FIRMAMENT, and divided the waters which were under the FIRMAMENT from the waters which were above the FIRMAMENT: and it was so.
What was the the purpose of the FIRMAMENT in this verse? Dividing the Tehom( the celestial waters).

Genesis 8:2 The FOUNTAINS also of the DEEP and the WINDOWS OF HEAVEN were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;
Psalms 104:6 Thou coveredst it (the earth) with the DEEP(H8415 TEHOM) as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.
The celestial ocean (H8415 Tehom) came through the literal windows of the firmament.
Jubilees 5:23-26
And he entered in the sixth (year) thereof, [1308 A.M.] in the second month, on the new moon of the second month, till the sixteenth; and he entered, and all that we brought to him, into the ark, and the Lord closed it from without on the seventeenth evening.
And the Lord opened SEVEN FLOODGATES OF HEAVEN,
And the MOUTHS of the FOUNTAINS of the GREAT DEEP, SEVEN MOUTHS IN NUMBER.
And the FLOODGATES began to POUR DOWN WATER FROM HEAVEN forty days and forty nights,
And the FOUNTAINS of the DEEP also SENT UP WATERS, until the whole world was FULL of WATER.
And the waters increased upon the earth:
Fifteen cubits did the waters rise above all the high mountains,
And the ark was lift up above the earth,
And it moved upon the FACE of the waters.

A novel concept.
