So thankful for you, Robert, for introducing Maria Valtorta to me and having these videos up on your channel. What a wealth of information her books contain. Forever grateful for the time you put into these videos. 🙏🏻 Thank you.

"take what our poverty can give you, we are shepherds..." "Will you tell your baby about us ?..." Our hearts sees further through MV's eyes.

Read the previous chapter, the Birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ to my family yesterday, Christmas. Praise be to God!

I'm happy to hear that they did actually get a place to stay, even though it was still a poor shepherds home. I often wondered what happened after the birth and for how long did they stay at that cave? So the Wiseman came sometime later and didn't go to the cave where he was born. I believe Jesus was already two years old when the Wisemen found Him

I think the stage our Blessed Lord set at His own birth sends a couple of loud messages that
    1. He didn't come to seek material dwelling. So what kind of dwelling He seeks? Our hearts.
    2. As the King of Kings, He came with nothing and entered the world in the most humble of surroundings, He wants to find those who seek Him for who He is, not what He has. Much like a prince going to a village in poor peasants' clothing to seek out his potential love.
